Gloucester Plumbing & Heating Ltd Avis 

I had a plumbing issue so I contacted Gloucester Heating and Plumbing. Arrived and resolved the problem could not of asked for a more professional experience.

The work that was carried out was very good. The plumber that carried out the work was friendly and considerate of keeping our carpets clean and took off his shoes. Overall very good experience.

We've used this company before and it has always been our 'go to plumbers'. We experienced a problem with the work a member of their team did for us. I rang to complain and within hours a plumbing team arrived at our property. Not only did they resolve the problem, they were apologetic, polite and very professional. If I could give 10/10 I would. This company's response has given me renewed belief in old fashioned customer service. Thoroughly recommended.

GPH have been excellent in all respects from fitting an en-suite bathroom, new radiators, repairing toilets and laying flooring, to annual gas service checks. I have used their services for many years and would highly recommend to anyone.

The plumbers that came to do the jobs we booked were good. Professional and polite. However the admin staff are unresponsive to emails and requests so only giving three stars.

I had Stuart come out to my property early in the morning as my boiler wasn’t working, he was really helpful, got the issue sorted in under an hour and helped explained to me how it all worked! It was very short notice and he still came out and helped!
