I can't honestly say what's its like to be their customer because their sales rep, Dave Johnson, calls me non-stop even after I've told him I'll take a look and call him back when I'm ready. I've blocked his number on my phone and then he keeps calling from different numbers, even changing area codes so I answer. Such a turn off, I will never use this company!

Stay far away from this company. You can pay a little more to make sure your broker is on your side vs selling you a wrong policy. Has zero customer service. Never again.

Beyond excellent service. Bryce is very very knowledgeable, efficient and available at all times. I have been at ease since dealing with him for our business policies

I found glow to start off very strong when soliciting my business. But the next year when I went to review and compared rate, their rates were 100% more expensive than where I can get it elsewhere. When I went to cancel and became very long and arduous journey. I'm sorry, but I could not recommend them.

I have ordered and paid 52 EUR for 3 packages of sleep gummies on May 16. Today is June 15 and I have received neither the gummies nor a refund. The company, Glowco, does not respond to my emails – I have sent around 10 emails without any reply.
I consider this behavior to be fraudulent, and I strongly advise others not to purchase anything from Glowco.
I am totally disappointed and will take further action to get my money back.

I don't understand how they have 3.2 stars when they only have one other review with 1 star? Well I switched to Glow because their pricing is so much better than my last insurance company for worker's comp. Unfortunately they are incredibly difficult to contact. I need to get Certificates of Insurance regularly for different clients, and every time it's a huge hassle. They charge $250 for a Waiver of Subrogration, which my last agent never charged for. I've been waiting on them to get me a COI with a Waiver for weeks now, after being told it would only take 5 days. My client may cancel my event if I don't get this to them on time, costing me thousands of dollars in lost income I'll have to refund to the client. I'm fed up.

I used them to open the account with workman comp But they opened with incorrect information. Called and email so many times to the agent but no response. Travis the agent who called 50 times to give him business. Once gave him business and open the account after that he does not care. Left message on main number but no one called back.
I am kind of guy when I get better service and pricing, I become the billboard for the company and bring more of my business colleagues give the business. They lost good opportunity to get more business from me and my colleagues.

My previous agent was so much better. Always available on the phone gave me good advice all the time.
