New boiler installation
We recently had a new boiler fitted and from Richard calling to give the quote through to Paul and Cody completing the installation, the service we received was excellent and we would highly recommend Glow.

I am very happy.
I believe a company can be judged best by how they handle things when something goes wrong. I had a couple of hiccups along the way and every effort was made to rectify the position and to ensure that I was happy. I'm very happy with the finished product and I would use them again.

Air Con done properly
From the first visit to cover of our requirements i knew we were in good hands. Jack was fantastic and got us booked in. The team who fitted the equipment (Single unit for the kitchen and split x 3 for rest of house) were friendly and proffesional. We do have one unit that is leaking but confident this will be resolved shortly. Jack was not happy with the base and swiftly despatched his team again to finish it to a super high standard. Professional company, top level workmanship and a owner who actually cares about the work his teams do

Air conditioning installationn
We decided to have Air conditioning installed in our park home, we contacted glow for a quote and they said someone will call round on 25th July between 10.00 to 14.00 upon his arrival Jack listened to what we wanted which was Air con in four rooms and made a quote for the full job which was very detailed and itemised and seemed a very fair price which we excepted.
They gave us a start day for the job and on that day Paul and Cody turned up and over the next two days worked to install along with an electrician called Steve and had the job completed but needing commissioning, this was done the following morning, Paul gave us advice on how to use the Air con and by the time they left they left us they had cleared away any rubbish and tidied up. Since then we have had two very small leaks which have been rectified. There response times were very good.
We can't recommend the glow team enough that's Jack Cody Steve Ben and Amy and anyone thinking of Air conditioning to give them a ring.

My heat pump was up for its annual service, Glow were great on terms of scheduling this and servicing on the day, really friendly and competent staff, only minor complaint was the cost had gone up

Nice gent lovely guy helped him a cooling fan poor guy was over heating with the heat so I got me portable fan for him so it helped. Hope every job is like that for all you guys take care see you on the next one
