I required an alloy refurb as one of them suffered a nasty curb and I was seen by Mick Shelly who came to fix it. Mick was great! He was an hour early (which would be great to know ahead of time, but in this instance it wasn't a massive issue), he was efficient (told it would be 45mins but he was done in 30), he was really friendly and just a joy to have met.

Mick's work was flawless! The alloy looked brand new!

My daughter used this company to repair her car at our home. We kindly allowed the technician to park on our driveway in front of our Garage, low & behold our cctv cameras caught him causing damage to our garage door. Despite making representations to the company with the recordings they denied liability. Now pursuing this through home insurance, to recover costs of damages. Do not allow them to park on your property, they are more trouble than they are worth. The CCTV captures the van hitting the cone that was in front of the garage and another camera captured the crushing sound of the van pushing the cone into the garage door. Google map does not capture the damage caused by the van.

Friendly staff booked in visit within a few days. Gary notified me of his ETA and was very punctual. He and Richard were charming, efficient and very competent. They did a perfect job. Wife was really pleased as she had only had the car for a few days when it got scratched. Genuine 5 star experience.

Absolutely gobsmacked by how good Grant Hart did on this 'repair' this morning; I'm a really fussy git and I honestly wouldn't know that there had ever been any damage - it's as good as new, and was all completed in an hour or so (and this followed from a previous company looking at it and saying they couldn't match the paint as it's pearlescent). Grant was punctual, courteous and bloody good at his job; I'm extremely impressed.
