I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be ripped off I ordered tv and internet when they got to the internet part they wanted me to pay over$300 for the equipment so I cancelled out and I have been trying for about a week now to get the $49.99 I was charged back a sorry place to do any kind of business. I will be spreading the word to customers where I work to stay clear of this place and suggest you do the same unless you like giving away money.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! BEFORE I SAY ANYTHING IF YOU THINK I AM LYING GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND SEE THAT THIS COMPANY HAS SO MANY COMPLAINT. I WISHED I HAD WENT THERE TO RESEARCH THEM BEFORE. THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY.I signed up with Dish through Godish.com in July. They did not show up on the day I took off work to get installation done. So being that they didn’t show up I had to push installation out for another month and take another day off due to my previous provider not prorating days. I had this all set up where I would leave old provider to Dish. Maybe I should have taken this as an indication that this company, Godish.com is a poor company, but I didn’t and oh do I regret it now. I spoke to a manager by the name of Cheryl ext. 61958, which she has no business being a manager. She has to be the worst customer service manager representative in this nation. She is very rude, will talk to you like you are a piece of trash off the streets, and good luck on getting any words in because she can’t shut up long enough to listen. She will cut you off. So then I get hold of my sales representative, Keisha, ext.61823. She will talk to you very sweet and nice just to make a sale but BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She will lie to you just to make a sale. So I was promised a $300 visa gift card by signing up for dish and internet. Keisha, ext. 61823 told me that once everything is activated on August 10th to go on offer.godish.com and follow the steps to claiming my gift card. What she didn’t say is it will tell you to wait 2 weeks after installation. So low and behold I finally go in and when I go to claim my gift card it is for $100 and not the $300 that was promised through the promotion. So I call her back and spoke to Keisha ext.61823 and she said she had a manager put it in for me and I would receive a post card in the mail. I let a month go by and still no post card. So I call Keisha, ext.61823 back on Sept. 29th, and now she doesn’t want to talk. I am told she will call back. I waited and waited and no call back. So they transfer me to customer service of Dish network and they couldn’t help me so sent me to the resolution team. Well the resolution team go Godish.com on the phone and they took all the notes down that they promised me and they said the post card was mailed August 26th. Today is October 28th and still no post card. I have called multiple times this week and get a different story. They continue to lie and be very disrespectful to me on the phone. I ended up talking to Cheryl, ext. 61958 again and told her that I didn’t want to speak to her because she’s rude that I need to speak to someone else because I have already dealt with you and she said I have never spoken to her and as I told her she is a good liar. This company is very misleading and will lie to you. When I say BEWARE please beware. Every manager they have and supervisor are cowards. They will not talk to you. This is a FRAUDULENT company. I basically had to take a resolution through the Dish Network on something that lets this Fraudulent Company off the hook. BEWARE. READ THE COMPLAINTS ON THE BBB.

Technician was very good and helpful. Customer service has been very weak up to this point particularly regarding the gift card offers. Have tried multiple times with zero success in getting either of the promised gift cards. It has now been over 30 days and the gift cards must be applied for within 60 days but you can't apply for them until they enter you in the system so they recognize you for applying for the cards.

Offered a free gift card for signing up for Dish. $200 for TV and $100 for internet. Never received the cards. I tried to call them and the representative Veronica and Garry is never available. Will have to submit a compliant to better business and the attorney general for scamming an elderly person.

I signed on with Dish, one incentive was a $400.00 gift card. Weeks went by I called, they assured me it would come. A few more weeks went by, I called, they assured me it would come. It’s been 4 months , I called and they said WE CANT HONOR ANYTHING PAST 60 days and your not getting one! The reception sucks, I’m on my second Hopper, they are inconvenienced to send anyone out , keep insisting it can be done remotely. THE SERVICE SUCKS! TEH RECEPTION SUCKS! And they won’t let me out of the contract when it is all their fault.IM STARTING A CLASS ACTION SUIT IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED

Where's My Rebate?????
Signed up and received TV and internet service last November. Part of GODISH advertising promised $200 rebate for doing this. Turns out this was 2 - $100 rebates processed 2 different ways. The requirements GODISH imposes AFTER THE FACT to get these rebates are different for each card. After experiencing several less than satisfactory results via phone calls, I did manage to get 1-$100 debit card rebate, by a convoluted process through the internet. To get the second rebate card, I was told to wait for a postcard sent out by a 3rd party company, contracted by GODISH. Further informed that this company was reporting that due to covid-virus, these postcards were taking at least 57 days to arrive... After waiting 2 months for this postcard, I again contacted GODISH and was told to wait longer. I did that. Calling again, I was told that the offer was expired and I was told that. Now I am told that the offer is expired, I was informed I waited too long, and the recording of "the" call verified I was told this, there is nothing they can do for me. Of course, when asked they could not release a copy of any recorded conversation, citing privacy rules. Bottom line, I signed up for and received services, paying my bill every month but because I did not follow all the intricacies involved to receive the promised rebate, GODISH is no longer obligated to give it to me. All the imposed requirements AFTER THE FACT are in my opinion, at the least very unfair and leave this 79 yr old senior citizen with $100 less than what was advertised at the time of contractual obligations. My recommendation to anyone concerned would be to bypass the intermediary reseller (GODISH) and work directly with the primary provider(s). P. S. After 4 months The PROMISED POSTCARD HAS NEVER ARRIVED!!

I am deeply hurt that company’s theses…
I am deeply hurt that company’s theses days still take advantage of older people that do not understand technology or explain to them what it is they are charging them for, my mom cannot hear that well and did not understand when it was explained what the charges were for , furthermore did not know that to get the 100 gift card you have to mention it with a promo code lol this is funny I have dish network went thru dish not. Go dish and I got free installation and a 300 dollar gift card .. this place is awful .

I’m very disappointed in dish network…
I’m very disappointed in dish network had service for two years when my two years was up no one called me my bill just went up to $93. The week Texas had the power outage no electricity for days you can’t watch tv can’t do anything on line, I called dish a week later to ask for a credit on my bill they flatly told me NO they can’t do anything about that and I know of people who are with other companies that gave them credits for the days they had no electricity. Consumers must be wear of companies that just take and don’t give a damn about their costumers. And DISH NETWORK is one of those and because I canceled my service they’re charging me a fee plus $15.00 to return the equipment.

100 dollar gift
Like the other 9700 customers I am waiting on my gift card to arrive (6months).I get the same runaround every time I speak with them, they have a third party mailing out a postcard you have to fill out and send back to
Satellite TV Rebate Center within a short period of time or you lose your 100 dollar gift card.I have been waiting for 7 weeks still no postcard. Worst company to deal with
Worst company to deal with.
It started from the initial call. I received a voucher for a package for $45 and $100 gift card. No such package exists. Went to $55 and $50 gift card. Then went to $85 with less channels.
A month after I started I came home and no dish. Turns out my box was bad. Called on Friday and it would be sent out on Monday. They would not send a technician out. In the mean time I had to pay YouTube TV $45 so I could watch TV. Then they sent it to the wrong address. 7 days to get a box and had to pay someone to.hook it up.
Called when I got a new phone number. Never changed it. Called when I sent my credit card through the wash and had a new card. The CSR in whatever country they use never changed it. It took 3 days to get my TV back on because their phones calls take so long I have to call on my days off. No compensation for that.
No CBS for 2 weeks. No compensation for that.
Still say I have a box I never received.
Stay away..far away.

I really did not want to give any…
I really did not want to give any stars, but had to - to get to write review. I got Dish through GoDish 10/20. After waiting 2 billing cycles for $100 Visa card rebate- I called and was told I was to register online within 60days???? ( had to wait almost an hour- several transfers to find this out) Then I had to wait 60 days for a transcript of my sales offer proving no one told me to call( the tech said I would get $100 card”in mail automatically after 2 billing cycles)
Now 2 months later, still waiting on “postcard” (supposedly mailed 1/26/21) to complete and return with copy of my bill. I am VERY UNHAPPY- and tell everyone this is just a scam- because that is how I have been treated.

DROP THE DISH
The wait time to speak with a person who doesn't care about helping you or finding a solution. Dish is now taking away channels & raising prices without a care to the customer. This is completely ridiculous and GREEDY during a PANDEMIC. Being a loyal customer for 10 years doesn't mean anything. STREAMING SERVICES WILL BE THE END OF DISH BECAUSE YOU WON'T LOWER YOUR INFLATED RATES FOR BASIC CHANNELS.

I am so disappointed in dish
I am so disappointed in dish. They all but lied to me about 100 dollar visa. I called all the numbers, was told they would mail form. Then was told no you have to download it. I am 70 yrs old. Got the 250 channel pkg . Even though it has many channels selling stuff or sports I dont watch. Ok, I deal with that, but the visa is a carrot dangling in your face and you have to jump thru hoops to maybe get it. Fixed income . Did auto pay, I do my part,why do they make it so hard? I will tell you, so you just give up and they save millions on visa card. DISH do your part!

I wish I could give negative stars because thats what you get spent almost 700 for top of the line for outdoors has never worked correctly 12 calls in 16 days and had to argue to speak to a supervisor been on hold for 30 min now I have been lied to and can't even get transfered to a supervisor

Scam!!
I spent a lot of time with Kyle about receiving Dish for our house. He was polite and friendly, very knowledgeable. I was told there is a $50 ($53 with tax) Dish will pull from my account to set up service. Ok. Today I look at my bank account, Dish pulled the $53, AND GoDish pulled $49.99. What? I call and have a very rude agent Stephen. He tells me it is the processing fee for setting up my account!! Um, no, if you had told me that, there is NO WAY I would have continued. He tells me they have to listen to the recording and if the agent didn't tell me, then they will refund it. Are you serious? I am livid - I take notes, write everything down, time, date, who I spoke with.... 7-10 days for them to go thru the recording... What a scan!

I've read over some of these reviews after speaking with Brain at godish dot com for over 45 min!! I am blown away at the customer support, the patience, and product knowledge this man had! He couldn't find a product that fit my needs at my location, and STILL explained technical terms, the ins and outs of internet service, what the different types were (dsl, fiber, satellite) and had answers to every little question I had. He was so friendly, polite, and personable - I could see myself talking to him for hours. He loves his company and loves Dish TV and believes in his company's values and standards and stands behind Dish as a product!! Y'all have an awesome employee in Brian Ellis!!!
