Richard was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. I changed my mind on the carpet a couple of times, and my house purchase kept being delayed, so we had to keep coordinating the fitting around my completion date and my furniture being delivered from storage. Richard was always happy to check the fitters’ availability and do everything he could to accommodate my changing plans.
I’m really pleased with the carpet, and the fitters were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Richard for anyone needing a new carpet

The experience in the shop with Richard and Nick was brilliant. They helped us to choose the best flooring. It is amazing. The flooring was laid yesterday and today in both our bathrooms by Paul who did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend for excellent customer service and quality of fitting service.

Couldn't be happier with the friendly and helpful service. I visited the shop initially for ideas and inspiration for new carpets in my lounge, dining room, stairs and landing. Richard was so very helpful and informative and spent a lot of time explaining what sort of carpet would be best for me. He subsequently visited me bringing along a large amount of samples which he left with me. He measured up and I told him that since speaking to him the first time, I had decided I wanted to replace the flooring in my en-suite so he measured that too and provided me with different quotes for different types of flooring. I then called back into the shop and saw Nick who was also very helpful and helped me make my choices. The carpets and flooring were then scheduled in for fitting very quickly and the guys who did the work were fabulous and worked very hard indeed. I am so very pleased with the results and very pleased that I chose Go Floor It as I received exceptional service - very friendly, very helpful with that "personal" touch which is very important.
