The initial mess up on my order was not dealt with leading to more phone calls to try to rectify things. However the last of several customer services representatives I spoke to was courteous and understanding and was able out the issue in an efficient manner.

Avoid at all cost, find a better supplier

When arrived 2 out of 5 where damaged. Couple years back I bought few things from them and had simmilar difficulties with delivery. Thought they sort out delivery system, but nothing changed.

Poor customer experience
I brought the wrong thing. My husband had told me to buy the click flooring and I got confused. It was delivered and then we had a family bereavement so I didn't get round to looking at it. When I did we were 18 days outside of the return policy of 30. I asked if we could send it back at our cost and have a credit note against the click floor equivalent. Not a refund. And was told no. I understand there are policies, but this would have been at my cost, and the company would have had more income from us so I am afraid for me it is a 1 star review for poor customer service. We now will have to skip the flooring which is bad from an environment perspective and but from elsewhere.

Don't trust them re delivery
Asked to pick a date for delivery, fine, on delivery day they sent it to my old address 120 miles away although all the paperwork had the right address, managed to sort that out, was promised another day, didn't arrive on phoning was told it had been lost, arrived at 9 next morning without any notification.

Quality of vinyl plank flooring is excellent. Although delivery is curbside and was way too heavy to bring inside. Luckily the delivery man could see I'd struggle and couldn't accept the delivery so he bought it inside the property into the hallway where it stayed until my son came home and helped get them up the stairs. So be aware if you can't carry heavy weights, make sure you have someone help you. Excellent flooring highly recommend.
