Was easy to insure. And website is smooth. Was able to log in instantly after payment.

Purchased car insurance from GoGirl through a price comparison website (all driver details were accurate) but when I came to log into the online insurance policy it stated the date of birth ‘didn’t match’. Checked my account on the price comparison website and DOB was correct. I was then quoted £148 by GoGirl to ‘change it to the correct date’ and had to send my passport details to verify. They claimed the DOB was wrong by a year so hardly likely to make that much of a difference to my premium. Decided to cancel policy as policy wasn’t live and within the 14 day cooling off period - to be told there would be a £45 cancellation fee. Eventually they agreed to waive the cancellation fee but couldn’t explain how the DOB was incorrect. Things didn’t add up so felt I couldn’t trust the company.

I absolutly love GoGirl insurance, as a young driver usually prices shoot up when it comes to the risk value however with go girl they have the best prices and not only that but their loyalty prices are brilliant in my second year my premium went down by about £200 and now at the age of 22 I have one of the lowest premiums out of all of my friends and that is thanks to GoGirl ethos of caring about loyal customers.

We had to make a claim and it turned into a total loss of the vehicle. The staff at GoGirl were superb and everything was dealt with very quickly indeed. I cannot fault them at all during this process. Definitely found them easy and pleasant to deal with.

Good price and easy to use web site. Good that things like handbags are covered too.
However, I travel a lot and did not realize I had to send in my proof of no claims as other insurance companies never asked me for this. My worry was if I had not noticed it before I went on holiday then my car, at the airport's parking lot, would have had a void insurance cover. I don't know how I missed this requirement on the original paperwork but maybe each time a customer insures it should be on the reminder in large writing that you need this proof of no claims immediately.

Cheapest quote by far to add my son to my car insurance as a newly qualified driver..like £600 cheaper with the same level of cover. Easy to do all on line and would definitely recommend.
