But I have to say I am so what disappointed right now!! Because I tried to get in touch with the person I talked to and they never responded! I even left my phone number and asked them to call me back!! Because I have a question about something they asked me! I am afraid that I missed understood the question they were asked!!! But not a call back or anything!!!

I'm please with my package at the least I can get a more copays not much but some.I all so get advantage plan and flex card a it's not quarterly it's once a month and a little more than what was before.The woman I talk to was honest and gave me more opportunity to choose from more options she was great.

Aetna is dragging their feet to approve…
Aetna is dragging their feet to approve in house physical therapy facility. I have all social worker relationships in line, a bed waiting and I am in the hodpital ready for pt but Aetna will drag their feet and cost me another weekend off my medivare 65 day availability for hospital. This is terrible. They take my money on time though.

On 3/12/2025 I was so confused after being with Anthem for YEARS. All of a sudden, Anthem pulls out of my area. I called a customer support line and Christopher Lyon was the agent I spoke within. He was extremely helpful. He took his time and double checked my doctors to be sure they were in plan, and helped me get the benefits I so desperately needed. He found a plan that met all of my special needs!!
