The customer service has been a great! The pharmacy was expedient in filling my medication and shipping it out, as well. I received my medication on the exact day they said it would.

I love the doctors at GoHealth Urgent Care. Unfortunately, I can not go back. Their billing department is horrendous. I have been trying to get an error fixed since February 28th. That's 2 months! I have contacted them by email 3 times and have never gotten a reply beyond they have received my request and are reviewing it. I have called and spoken to several people in the organization that have told me they can not get things corrected either. My issue is a very simple fix. They submitted to my secondary insurance first in error. All they have to do is resubmit the claim to my primary insurance.

After 5 amazing years under his
unbelievable knowledge and compassionate care he has taken me off of all precribed medications and has my condition of Ucerative Colitus under COMPLETE control through his observations and recommendations of diet changes (complete food allergy testing) and routine changes to my daily exercise program and mainly an ongoing supplement program reviewed quarterly through complete blood panel analysis!
As a senior to have such a care free daily life must have to do with the “magic” of receiving weekly B12 shoots, Gamma and semi annual IV therapy….
All the above are super boosters to my immune system and have increased my energy levels.
My family and friends who I have recommend Dr. Erik to, all agree,
and say: God Bless this truly compassionate caring person!

The representative whom I discussed changing plans was quite knowledgeable & very courteous.! I spoke to him with some questions about home care which is a state by state sometimes county by county coverage in North Carolina & he steered me in the right direction... pleased so far...

Bad experience at gohealth
My husband took my daughter for an X-ray at Elwood Gohealth and Dr Mindy told him. X-ray will not show anything bc nose is swollen and ENT surgeon told us the next day it was fracture and she needed immediate surgery for her nose. This was the worse experience my family had and you should educate your doctor not to dismiss patients concerns.

My 72-year-old mother was contacted by K. Torres who proceeded to keep her on the phone for an hour to convince her to enroll in this program. He claimed to schedule her for a 3/31 appointment, but proceeded to ignore every message she left with additional questions. Her concerns were even forwarded from other agents to him, and he continued to dismiss her. As it turns out, she was ineligible due to a closed enrollment period that he had to have known about because he called HER. She wants to enroll later but with a new agent. Kevin was quite unprofessional, and frankly, I don't appreciate how he treated an older woman who just wants help.

Dr.Duggal was my orthopedic provider….He was very caring and took the time to talk to me about my specific injury…what I should and shouldn’t do…future medical care for it and anything I asked he was very willing to talk to me about …with true concern and care….he was the best orthopedic provider I have ever seen…highly recommend him and his staff to anyone needing orthopedic help…He gave his full attention to me and my injury….overall the best experience and definitely the best provider for me and my situation…Thank you again Dr.Duggal ….I appreciate you and your staff !!
