DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - EVER!!!
I ordered 2 sun hats back in July. They were not suitable and I messaged Gohomie to return them. No reply. I messaged again. No reply. I found a return address on their page and sent them back on 22nd July at my own cost. I chased it up numerous times by email and Messenger. The emails I got no reply to and Messenger got an automated reply every time. One actually said my refund would be in my account within 8-10 days. I asked for proof of refund. No reply.
I went through chargeback on my credit card and because they didn't supply me with an address to return there is no proof the address on their website is legit. I have a Post Office receipt for postage to the same post code mentioned on their website.
This company is to be avoided at all cost.

I was upset and disappointed
I was upset and disappointed to discover how useless this product was to me. I ordered three! The photos in the description make it look like these expandable rails will hold a shower curtain alongside a bath, cross a small room and more. The truth is that they are not even long enough to span a doorway!
I am really disappointed that this product is not fit for the purpose for which I bought it. But I appreciate the fact that within a few hours of receiving my complaint the company replied and issued a full refund. They also promised to review the way the item was presented so as not to mislead customers. This was a prompt, mature and professional response so I would trust them in future.

Slightly disappointed
I found the hat a little flimsier than I expected. I’m also not sure how well it will stay on my head if there’s any breeze as it seems somewhat shallow compared to the pictures online.

Nice lightweight hat in a neutral shade,keeping sun off my face
Delivery didn't take too long considering item was from China.
The hat is a nice beige shade to go with everything. It stayed on my head most of the time, and I felt it kept the sun off; however, my hair did get damp underneath. On a windy day by the sea, you may need to hold onto it.
