The product "Instant temp skin tightener" does nothing at all for me. Very disappointed, won't use again from any adverts cannot believe the hype.

It is a good value app and it is very easy to use and quick service on the app with quick delivery

The product ( stream iron) does not work as shown in the advertisement

order not received, no refund as requested and no response to my complaint.

I order 3 items from this company and they are absolutely not fit for purpose. I have tried on 4 occasions to contact the customer service to request details of how I can return items to no avail. As previous customers stated the items order are not authentic.. please do not order from this company.

Delivery as expected, good value for money. Was a little disappointed at actual size of product and that livery not as expected but overall pleased with them.

Not great when ordering 😕 I ordered 2 packs by mistake. Got charged for 2 and tried to get one refunded but have been ignored.

Arrived much later then I needed and poor quality when trying to contact them email them no answer looked up there website and it doesn't exist.

Delivery time too slow and not enough info on delivery of product. However was well pleased with quality of item ordered time will tell how it performs.

I would give them zero stars if I could, very disappointed with this Company. They paid to be advertised on various social media platforms and I saw a toy that my Son would love for Christmas, so paid for it in November. There was an auto-response I received saying they were experiencing 'A larger volume than expected' in orders, which seems obvious to me if they are paying for advertising right before Christmas. The days and weeks are rolling by with no update at all, so I reach out for support. I received several automated replies from their 'Customer Services' with a link to the Tracking Website... Apparently my items were in China, but it was hard to understand as I can't read Chinese. The next time I checked my Tracking, the website Error 404'd... Tried getting in touch several more times and never got an appropriate response (If at all). Moving forward to January, the Company very clearly had no intention of sending the Christmas present, so I had to force a refund by opening a Sellers Dispute (Which was almost immediately fulfilled in my favour). Please DO NOT buy from this Company, I see from other reviews that even if you do by some miracle receive your products, they are very low quality or do not meet expectations. Avoid.

This is a complete scam. Faulty item and no contact re returns.

Brought some car de-icer items and they do not work so emailed to get a full refund but nothing. If only I read the feedback first would not have used. Do NOT recommend.
