0 stars - NEGATIVE STARS. LIARS! SCAM SCAM SCAM!! THIEVES!!
They called me to "assure" me they would pay me for my phones (2) which were in perfect condition. Then, once they got my phones-they called and said the batteries needed to be changed and they lowered their offer amount. I even told them I would write them a positive review. I reluctantly agreed to the offer. Like what was I supposed to do? Now it's been a month and I cannot get an email through, or a phone call or a return call. I'm so angry and taken advantage of. I will take this as far as I can get it to get my money or my phones, ( I doubt it). BBB, Texas Attorney General and a lawyer to put a lien on their property.

Don’t do it. I’m not sure who they paid to write these reviews. First they got the phone and changed what they were giving me by $100. They said the battery was low- lie. They also said there were excessive scratches. No no. I described it perfectly with a few surface ones. They sent me partial payment saying they were at their Zelle limit. I threatened to contact the Attorney General in Texas and got the other half within an hour. Scammers. I’m still contacting the Attorney General. They’ve had my phone for over a month too. Awful dishonest people. Do not send them your phone. Should be 0 stars. Scammer thieves.

We upgraded my daughters phone and decided to sell the old phone to Golden Standard Buybacks again. The first time we used them the process smooth and we received the amount that was given to us. They updated us daily. Until we received the payment! We have one more uograde to go and we will definitely be selling out device to this company ! 100% reliable!!!!

Phone shipped and received. Company sent partial payment after several attempts for outreach. Then ghosted and went non-responsive. NEVER sent the actual payment. You will NOT be paid. Do NOT use this company. Search other reviews that are not fake online.

They had advised me that they had a death within the office and told me they would be delayed, but I finally got my payment! They definitely pay the highest by far so it was worth the wait & they added a bonus on top of my payout for the inconvenience which was awesome! Would use again!

This was my 1st time doing business with this company and while at 1st it was kind of difficult to get in contact with customer support to help me with my order , in the end it worked out fine. I did receive a fair price for the phone i sold to them. But I really appreciated the way Amber took the time to help me get my payment through and finalize my order , very professional and very nice also. It took about 1 month to complete my order , for some maybe it will take a longer time or maybe shorter , due to their system i was told , but overall i do look forward to doing business with this company again. Recommend.
