Great experience. Honest and fair service.

They said my phone had a scratch on the screen and cut the value. The phone has never been dropped or abused in any way. The Walmart kiosk made me a better offer.
Seems to be scam central.

Super great experience. Had a little hiccup sending my device in the USPS carrier. Wanted me to have a box not just a envelope but once I got that figured out sent it in and was super fast. I got paid from an Amazon gift card. totally recommend

They communicated with me regarding how to delete my iCloud in order to sell the phone. I appreciated the ability to send the phones with a paid mailing label. I was just disappointed that the original quote was not what was offered once they got the phones, based on the battery. iPhone batteries never last long and these phones weren’t too bad

There was an issue with my phone being locked/unlocked but they waited until I worked it out with Xfinity and I got the price quoted...very satisfied!

I’ve been using these guys for years. It’s at the point I’ve stopped looking at other sites for quotes for trading in and just go with them. They have the best communication and fastest payouts by far.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Whiz Cells. I was initially quoted $216 for my phone, which I accepted in good faith. However, after they received the device, they drastically reduced the offer to just $50, claiming there was a “spot” on the screen.

The issue is—there was no spot. The phone was not faulty, and even the photo they provided does not clearly show any damage that would justify such a significant price drop. It feels misleading and unfair to change the value so drastically after the fact.

This process ended up being a complete waste of my time. I packaged and sent my phone based on their original quote, only to be lowballed without valid justification. I would not recommend this company if you’re expecting transparency or fair evaluation.

Update: After my initial review, Whiz Cells reached out and clarified that the original $50 offer was sent in error. They corrected the offer to $150 and honored it. I appreciate them taking responsibility and resolving the issue.

While the initial confusion was frustrating, I’m updating my rating to reflect their effort to make things right.

The process was easy, transparent, and my sale was posted to my PayPal account quickly. The sale price was twice what a big box store was offering for just a store coupon!

I was looking for an option to sell my old phone and stumbled across The Whiz Cells. They offered me the highest amount and made the whole process quick and painless. The longest part was just waiting for it to be delivered to them. Fantastic experience and if I ever find myself in the position again, I would definitely be a repeat customer.

It was quick and easy. They told me they would give me a certain amount and that's the amount I got. I received payment almost immediately after my used phone arrived to their office. I would definitely do business with them again.

My item took 2.5 weeks to get there and then when it finally did and got processed I was told the screen had multiple scratches that I never seen on it and the price was dropped $60. Of course I accepted it with all the time wasted. I think he understood that I wouldn’t decline and go through the trouble again. I have dealt with them in the past with no problems but this instance will keep me from using them again.

The Whiz Cells is my “go-to” place for selling my cellphones and smartwatches. They always provide fair prices and they review the items very promptly. Great company to deal with!

We had 4 iphones, ranging from an iPhone 12 Pro Max to an iPhone 16 Pro Max, since we got new ones as we changed providers. The process was pretty simple... When I did have an issue/question, I was able to reach out and have an email discussion on how to get a better idea of the condition and potential amount I would get from Whiz Cells. Making this a one-stop shopping experience. Yes I could take the time and sell them myself and get more bang for your buck but in reality working with Whiz Cells made my experience stress free and we did pretty darn good on their value.

Bryan and his team are the best! I have read several bad reviews that didn't make sense. Communication is key and these guys offer it hands down. Ask questions before you submit your phone. They are more than happy to help you through the whole process. Due to my health issues it took me a little over a week to handle just a couple of questions. It was not their fault by any means. We probably would have had everything handled within one day, maybe the morning of day two. They are honest, up front, and respectful. They will definitely have my business in the future! We were offered one price for our old cell phones which sounded fair. After they were sent in, the buyer lowered the price to half of what was originally agreed upon. His reasoning was that the condition of the phones was "poor". Both phones were in excellent condition and he had to zoom in with a magnifying glass to show small flakes of the phones finish color wearing off which was not visible with the naked eye.

Im sure they do this to many customers and bank on the fack most people just dont want the hassle and will take the terrible offer. If yoy have a phone to sell, just go to an Eco ATM. You'll get the same amount for much less hassle.

I accepted the pay because I didn’t want to deal with the iPad anymore. I also can accept they deducted for the sticker markings on the back of the iPad.
HOWEVER, I did NOT send my iPad in with scratches that deducted my offer to nearly half. I cleaned that screen. Turned it off and personally inspected the screen. I wish I took picture before I sent it in. So warning take pictures of everything before sending your item in next to something stating the date . They will pay fast at least!
