I posted my pack in the envelope provided at 3.20pm on Wednesday and the offer for my Gold was emailed, as requested, at 12.41pm the next day (Thursday).
I accepted the offer which was very close to what I expected and the money was in my bank at 2.13pm!

First time doing this. Very simple process. Posted on Thursday 3pm and was emailed on Friday at 1pm to say they received it. Got a call 90 minutes later offering the price I was expecting. Then was paid immediately.
Just ordered my second pack.

Saw their advert online
Saw their advert online, and checked the current gold price on their site, and online, which was very close.
Weighed our broken gold chains etc, and sent them off in their prepaid envelope. I checked the tracking, and saw it was due to be delivered in the morning, and at 11.30, I received a phone call with a price, which we accepted. At 11.35, I got a notification from my bank, that the funds had been deposited into my account.
Super quick, super efficient and would definitely recommend.
