Honestly, the experience has been perfect. I had some issues with delivery and Jack was extremely helpful. We prototype golf tech so we buy a lot of tech from across Golf vendors, so it's nice to work with fast companies when things get mixed up.

Customer Service is just excellent at Golfbays, thank you so much Rob and his team. Great product, very easy to setup and the quality is excellent.
I had ordered a SimBox enclosure through a third party reseller for a planned event, but delievery was no longer guaranteed. I sent an email to Golfbays and 2 hours later I received a call from Rob stating that my Simbox was in stock and I could have it it 3 days. The SimBox arrived in 3 days :-)

These guys went above and beyond to help me get my new launch monitor to me as quickly as possible - one of the company directors reached out directly to help me and carried through on everything he promised. They won a lifelong customer!

I have noticed are holes in my impact screen. After sending an email on 8/02/2026. Rob Hart from golf bays uk responded to me on the morning of the 9th. We exchanged emails through the day and correspondence was very good from Rob. After a few emails Rob phoned me which was a real surprise. After having a great chat on the phone and Rob explained to me why holes may appear makes really good sense and explains a lot. Rob as kindly offered to replace my screen and I can’t thank Rob enough for doing that. Within 24 hours everything has been resolved so thank you Rob

Update on the previous review. Although it was a rare occurrence as I learned, I did have a long wait for shipment. But, the company did reach out and accompany me along the way with the whole process to make sure the manufacturing was handled correctly and expediently. Things happen in business and what separates the good companies from the bad ones are the people make it a priority to help.
