We understand there has been an issue with the delivery of your order. Although the tracking shows it as delivered, you have not received it. We have reached out to you to request a non-delivery confirmation from the courier, the courier plus the tracking details are in the email. Once we have confirmation we can either issue a refund or reship your order.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, but these steps are required to ensure we can resolve the matter properly. We’ve also responded to the enquiry you raised with your bank to help speed up the resolution.

Great shoes - wrong size!
Ordered a pair of white golf shoes in size UK 10. They arrived 12 days layer, great quality but size UK 9.5.
Golfthing informed me they had reordered to the correct size.
A further 12 days later the new shoes arrived - still size UK 9.5!
I have emailed Golfthing 3 times but have had no reply.

Bought 2 pairs of stretch fabric golf…
Bought 2 pairs of stretch fabric golf trousers, must say took a bit longer to be delivered however the quality for the price is decent.
Not actually wore them on the course as yet but they do feel comfy.
I will be wearing them leisurely as well as for golf.
Don't expect any orders overnight but definitely worth buying from

Purchased a pair of trousers which I was told to expect within 7-14 days. Two days later got a tracking email telling me expected delivery 36 days as it’s coming from China. Do not use unless you are willing to wait.

A bit of a joke!
Guys, I’ve read some of the reviews and respect your replies, and I know you’re trying to make a living, being a start up etc , but what I had received from what I was expecting from the order and what was shown on the website is down right embarrassing. I ordered the slim fit stretch chinos in navy blue, black and army green, and the blue and green pair were just embarrassing . They look like they’re from the Hong Kong markets, a fiver at best! Wish I could show the photos of what I received, they are not what I ordered. Someone packed the wrong things in China 😂 will be returning all 3 pairs. The black ones had a semblance of what I ordered but then the back pockets were sewn together, very strange! Will not be using these again.

Regarding the black chinos you mentioned with the sewn back pockets — this is not a defect. The back pockets are lightly stitched closed as part of the design, and the stitching can be undone by gently opening the pocket.

While there has been a slight delay with your order — and we’ve kept you updated along the way — the delivery time is not 35 days. Your order was placed on July 11th and is currently with the local courier, scheduled for delivery within the next day or so.
We do source our items from global suppliers in order to offer our customers competitive prices, this information is displayed on all our product pages under the "delivery" heading.

Don’t bother, the quality of these items is comically bad. They’re not their own, they come from China (takes ages) and they are bottom of the Temu bin when it comes to quality. Lesson learnt, if something is too good to be true, it is. Avoid.

Avoid GolfThing – Poor Service and Shocking Communication
I placed an order over a month ago and had to chase the retailer just to find out where my items were. After weeks of silence, they told me the parcel had been left with a neighbour — but no note was left, so I had no way of knowing. When I finally received it, only one item was in the box.
After more back-and-forth, they claimed the rest of the delivery had been left in my electric meter box — again, without my permission and with no delivery card or notification. The parcel was missing by the time I checked.
The customer service experience has been frankly awful — slow to respond, dismissive, and borderline gaslighting throughout the entire process. The one item I did receive? Terrible quality.
Save yourself the hassle — avoid GolfThing completely.
