I never even got to spin the first spun!!! Got the 3.00 or 2.00 whichever one it was and I bought the 15.00 bundle confirmed it they put it on my acct and then it completely disappeared and now I have .35 and never touched the first slot!and where is this customer support? Not a word! And they have sweepkings lying for them also!!! Sweepkings is as much a scam as golora is!!!!

They Will Never Pay

Brand new customer, deposited $575. Went to redeem $540 and my account was blocked for unusual behavior without any explanation. Customer service said I would be issued a refund after an investigation. I still have not received a refund. I will issue chargebacks and file for arbitration if they do not give me my money back. This site is a scam be careful. I am also posting here hoping to get a response from them so I can send an email and truly see if they will follow up in 48 hours with a resolution. This is my good faith effort to resolve my dispute before taking this all the way. Please be aware that consumer arbitration costs the consumer only $250 but the company pays $1000s in fees and costs. It is in your best interest to resolve this matter asap.

100% scam

100% scam. Put 600 dollars to level up. Hit over 2000 and they can’t pay out. They just put the money back in the account because they have a money laundering problem. They don’t even email you back. Support says the same thing every time you ask questions about redemptions

I tried to withdraw my money after making three deposits and submitting my documents for verification; they reviewed them, but then claimed they were unable to verify my identity. Afterward, I contacted customer support, who assured me the issue would be resolved and asked me to wait. While I was waiting, however, they were actually deleting my account. I still have all the proof of these transactions, and I intend to sue them. I hope to see every single one of them thrown in jail, as I see so many other people going through the exact same thing I am! And—wouldn't you know it—I can no longer access their support team; they’ve blocked me, and they haven't responded to a single email! It’s a total scam—one fraud scheme after another. Report them to the police and take them to court—because that is exactly what I’m going to do.
