The best campervan experience of my life! I brought everything I thought I’d need for eight nights, but I was surprisingly well-equipped—complete with plates, knives, forks, cooking gear, fresh bedding, and towels. The only thing I truly needed to bring was some food, and even that I could have bought along the way since I could stop at a shop after picking up the van. Could of up the van via train as it's not far from the train station but I chose to drive 400 miles to get there by my own car parking my own car on their site wasn't a problem for the week, and the campervan was perfect for the NC500 route, easily navigating the small roads where large motorhomes can’t go. The compact campervan handled over 900 miles in just a week, allowing me to customize my own route. I explored most of the NC500 before heading off to the Isle of Skye for a few days. The bed effortlessly pulls out with one hand so simple to set up and the van is fuelled and ready to go. Just pop my clothes in and I’m set for adventure. It was such an incredible trip that I'm booking again for next year. Scotland is truly a stunning country, and this company offers trustworthy, top-quality vans that are well looked after.

We flew from London up to Inverness to complete the north coast 500. We had a great trip and the van was amazing, so easy to drive, park and enjoy. We were met at the train station which was really handy for us and all the forms were quickly completed. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Really professional and simple operation. No fuss or millions of forms, just a really simple process for collection and drop off. The van itself was everything I hoped it would be and has made me want one of my own.

I took my small van in for a wee conversion to be done & from start to finish Nick was an absolute top bloke. He showed compassion to my needs & was just happy to help me where he could. I thoroughly recommend Go North Campers. I took my VW campervan to be totally cleared out prior to having a different interior installed elsewhere, specific to my needs.
Nick and Neil could not have been more helpful, their knowledge of all aspects of campervan interiors, and the standard of workmanship were second to none. The contents were removed and a new floor and electrics installed. In addition they solved several minor issues for me, and made various helpful suggestions specific to my future use of the van. The van itself was spotless. It contained everything I needed and more. Bedlinen, towels, washing-up linen, full set of eating/cooking equipment etc etc.
The pre-arrival video which covered everything you needed to know about driving a campervan was soooo helpful.
I had an amazing 10 day journey on the NC500. The van did not let me down no matter the weather nor road conditions - even the Bealach na Ba was no challenge for my VW T6 ;o)

From beginning to end, Go North Campers have been straightforward and provided amazing service!

Our dates and times for arrival and departure didn’t quite row in with the online booking system but after a phone call and a couple of emails, we were met pretty much as we walked off our train with the campervan ready to go and able to leave the van in a convenient location upon leaving.

I chose Go North Campers because I figured it would be best to have everything provided (linens, towels, cooking utensils etc) and we were certainly not disappointed. The campervan was equipped with everything we needed and after watching a short ‘how to’ clip, we realised just how easy and straightforward everything was to use. All we really took was our clothing and food.

The campervan itself was super easy to drive and managed everything we asked, including some fairly trying mountainous roads and it was surprisingly fuel efficient.

Even with a minor technical issue, a phone call to HQ was all it took to be alleviated of our worries.

I would 100% recommend Go North Campers for anyone looking to plan their next adventure!

Had the van for two weeks. First time using a campervan hire company and so pleased I chose Go north. Pre-hire communication was excellent, Jennifer gave me all the information I needed and more to do the NC500, Orkney and the highlands.
The Van was spotless and very well looked after. I could tell they maintain the engine and electrics to a high standard, hence no issues over the two weeks.
Pick up and drop off was smooth. Met Neil at the HQ.. I left on my journey feeling reassured and confident that this is a professional outfit and able to relax and enjoy my holiday.
My other impression is that they do everything they can to put the customer first. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to hire a camper van.

Perfect camper for the NC500! The van was clean and equipped with everything you could need, was easy to use and the team were so helpful from booking until the end of our trip. My wife & I hired a camper for 6 nights to tour the NC500. Camper van was as described in useful video provided before pick-up: Clean, tidy, well equipped and whole trip went very smoothly. Neil was very helpful and very pleasant folk to do business with. Can certainly recommend.

Bei unserem Truckcamper war alles wie beschrieben (neu und sehr gepflegt). Der Service und die Beratung war wirklich hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen. My wife Susie and I had been thinking of buying a camper for a few years but had never taken the plunge...then COVID came!
Now that is almost a distant memory it was on our minds again so we contacted Go North to discuss hiring a camper out of season. We dropped in and were even given a tour of a van on the spot and had all of our questions answered! Our relatively short trip was brilliant, taking in part of the NC500 then staying over in Skye for a night. We also scored with brilliant weather!
We enjoyed it so much that we are now proud owners of our own camper...all thanks to Go North. They were so helpful and professional, even going that extra mile.
