I have recently purchased a new bike from goodbikegear.com and I had the best service I have ever had from a online company. I contacted them first to find out how complete the bike would be and they came back to me within a few hours, once I ordered the bike it was with me in a few days and it was and is the best bike I have ever owned. If you are like looking for a new bike I would definety recommend these guys

i knew the bike i wanted which made ordering over the internet easier. the price was very compeditive. delivery was not just quick but within 1 minute of when dpd said they would be at my house, which helped me alot. the down side was a gear problem. the lads emailed me a link on how to adjust the chain, but no matter what i did it kept rubbing the front derailleur. after three days of trying i had to take the bike to a local shop and it was the front derailleur was not parralel to the gears so i would never have solved the problem my self. i did ask if the bikes were set up and gears checked before i ordered and was told yes. so i was disappointed to have the problem and pay to have it sorted. on the plus side i love the bike its well woth the money. Was a little bit apprehensive about ordering from a place I had not heard of and a long way from my home address. They did however had the exact bike I wanted (Marin Lombard 2016) and at a good price. All purchased with some extras using the Cycle to Work scheme. Buying remote also meant that bike could not be checked before heading out of shop.

Delivered in good time and in good condition and did not take too long to assemble. I needn't have worried. Great looking bike and very happy.

Ordered a Marin San Rafael on line based purely on price. Never heard of these guys but the bike arrived within 4 days exactly as ordered and with a bell!
Mostly assembled, took me about 1 hour to have it ride ready and off to the park for a quick trial. Really happy with this bike and the service from GoodBikeGear.

I was pretty nervous about ordering from these guys as to be honest I had never heard of them until my wife sent me a link.

I ordered the PowerTap P1 pedals from these guys. They were about £30 cheaper than Wiggle and also came with a free computer which Wiggle did not offer. Delivery came quickly, packaging great quality. All in all a great experience.

I will be buying more of my bike gear from here from now on.

Well impressed great price good communication and prompt delivery with courier delivering right within hour time slot. Answered my queries before I ordered. Bought a felt z3 ultegra disc and just one quick spin but impressed with the bike amazingly it seems as comfy as my roubaix and really soaks up the bumps thanks guys will be back

Excellent company. I ordered two bikes and cancelled one as I read some reviews and the geometry was a bit aggressive for me. Refunded without question.
The bike I wanted was delivered in three days at the correct time window and in perfect condition. (Thanks DPD) Assembly was just peddles, bars and front wheel as normal and all that was needed after a test ride was some gear adjustment.
The company were helpful throughout, easy website, quick answering of calls and more than anything an incredible price even for end of season.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again, cheers.

I ordered some Powertap wheels from Goodbikegear because they were much cheaper than elsewhere. I was a bit apprehensive because I had never heard of the company before. However, the wheels arrived in good time and were well packaged. I did chase the order (by telephone) because after 3 or 4 days the wheels were not yet dispatched. The phone was answered quickly, and the person I spoke to was very friendly and was quick to chase up the order, and give me an accurate estimate of when the wheels would arrive. I would definitely use the company again.

I had second thoughts based on the fact it was the lowest price anywhere and that was without the freebie thrown in for good measure.

I need not have worried. I'll certainly use Goodbikegear again.

Having browsed the web for a new bike in the January sales I came across these guys who I had never heard of . I ordered my bike online which was really easy to do and the communication from them was very prompt and polite . The bike arrived a couple of days after they confirmed it was shipped and was delivered well packaged and by a great courier who kept me well informed by email an text message .
I would not hesitate to use these guys again and would definitely recommend them to my friends and colleagues .

I bought some PowerTap P1 Pedals from here. It was the cheapest place to get them from all the online stores I checked. It also came with a free Joule Bike Computer.
I had an issue using a promo code for an extra £20 off. It was over Christmas when they were closed but bought it online anyway, contacted customer services, and was refunded the £20 afterwards.
Delivery was due in 3-5 working days. It arrived in 3 working days, which is particularly good considering I ordered it on Boxing Day and the shop was closed until 29th (due to Bank Holidays) meaning it was a busy time of year for the shop and the delivery company and often orders from elsewhere are delayed.
So 100% delighted.
I wouldn't usually write a review, but this company is new to me and others may not have heard of them, so if I find they have the cheapest price for something in the future when I don't need next-day-delivery, I won't hesitate to buy from here.

I purchased a bike through this company. They are a great bunch of people and very helpful. The bike was a bit of an investment for me, but their price was by far the cheapest. They packaged the bike up really well and it arrived promptly exactly when they said it would. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered an item form them and I was kept informed step by step about its journey to me. I even got an email on the day of delivery telling me which hour slot it would be delivered in and by whom, and they were spot on.
I cannot recommend them highly enough, and I think they all deserve a Cadburys Cream Egg.
