Second to None
Bought a Avanti Vapour 1 from goodbikegear, was a little sceptical about using them as I have never heard of them before. Which is unusual as I trawl the net regularly for deals on mtb parts etc.
The bike was such a steal I had to try them, so I purchased on a Credit Card due to the extra protection it gives against fraud. However there was no need to worry!! 2 days after purchase the bike arrived in prefect condition.
Put it together and wife has been on it and loves it!
I will be recommending gbg to everyone!!!

A bit wary getting a bike shipped over from Northern Ireland.. But everything went to plan. Had a couple of issues completing the build, contact supplier and talked me thru it. No issues at all would definitely recommend.

Top service, very good advice on Chat and excellent prices
Purchased a Group set and had some questions, the companies IM team were really helpful and their dispatch time was fantastic. Thoroughly recommend them. Also the group set was the cheapest I could find in the UK, plus some free pedals as well so they beat the 'bigger boys' offerings for price in the online bike market by some margin. Nice one GoodBikeGear.

I had never heared of this company but decided to take a chance and bought some wheels as they were very well priced. I asked for more info by email and had a quick polite reply, so went ahead and made the purchase. The Website was well designed and all the normal payment securities appeared to be in place. The goods were dispatched the next day and I was kept informed about delivery right down to the time of delivery. Excellent service which I can't fault.

Brilliant service, quick delivery, good looking site.
I was really impressed with the level of service provided by this new company. Completely trustworthy also, they were very reassuring and helpful over the phone. The product I ordered was dispatched on the day i sent the order and arrived ahead of scheduled, I was more than please with both the product and the way it was sent. Overall very happy customer.
