Flavors

My order arrived pretty quick. Although for some reason i didnt get the “get 2 free bags with first order” offer until I had already placed my order. Could have been my internet who knows. In terms of taste, i guess it’s subjective but I found the sea salt flavor way saltier than expected. The spicy bbq had a bit of a kick to it, which was subtle but nice, but was also a bit salty which overpowered the other flavors. I almost wish the spicy bbq had a tiny bit more sweetness to it so it tasted more like bbq. The tart cranberry was surprisingly good. Wasnt sweet like I expected most artificial, it didnt taste like cranberry but it did taste tart. I think i tasted more cherry than anything else but it was alright. The chili lime was my favorite, said what the flavor was, tasted like the flavor.

Came relatively quick

Came relatively quick. The toast is awesome even though there isn't much there. I would love to get a big bag and have a guilt free snack session. Good work good fish.

Interesting (Yummy) Product And Excellent Purchasing Experience

I frequently have salmon skin sushi, so when I heard about this product I had to try it. The website is easy to navigate, the purchasing experience was simple and straightforward, delivery was quick, and the product very interesting and tasty. Definitely 5 stars all around.

They just tasted way to fishy for me. I pan fry my wild caught sockeye salmon and love to eat that crispy skin, but these just tasted fishy. They were nice and crispy, but the flavor was just not for me.

Little value for the price

I ordered the Starter Pack (2 of each flavor for $25). They took about a week and a half to arrive here in Minneapolis, MN. While tasty enough, I don't think I'll be ordering again.

The bags look relatively sizable, but they are MAYBE barely a quarter filled with actual chips. Especially considering these are more expensive than "traditional" chip snacks (and also require shipping), this is just plain unacceptable. It's hard to know if this is intentional -- either they need to improve their production process or simply elect to provide more to justify the cost.

Until then, I recommend the curious to wait for more recent reviews from the more adventurous to see if this critical issue appaears resolved.

I received my box today

I received my box today. The chips are very good, but one of the bags was open almost half way and some of those chips were loose in the box.

One week after shipping notification, still nothing shipped.

A week after I received a shipping notification, my order still hasn't actually shipped. I contacted customer service who said it was due to an unspecified warehouse issue and will be "shipping soon" (no timeframe), and I was given the ultimate slap in the face apology discount - a 10% discount on a future order, presupposing I'll be using the service again. You should be concerned with customer satisfaction on the first order, not hypothetical future orders. You'd have done better not to offer any discount at all.

I then saw the other bad reviews on Trustpilot and was disappointed by Goodfish's boiler plate responses. It all seems so plastic and fake, but I look forward to finding how Douglas "can’t believe it and is as appalled as I am".

Yummy, crunchy and fishy!

Received my sea salt skins after about 5 days, which was fine. They are nice and crunchy and salty and taste nice and “salmon-y”. The price is the only negative, but I understand and appreciate working to maintain sustainability.

Had trouble getting first shipment, but they made it right. Get Goodfish worry-free.

I ordered on July 20 and never received it.

Update: Thank you, Doug. After your correspondence, I have renewed faith in your company and your product. It is far too often we all deal with shady shippers, bad products, and overall terrible experiences after we have already paid. This has been the complete opposite. Thank you for reaching out and correcting mistakes even out of your control.

Never received product

Never received product. Zero communication. Guess my loss is “Goodfishes” gain. Read reviews before purchasing. Seems to be very common with no communication. All other items I’ve ordered during the Covid times have arrived as advertised. Thank goodness I’m only out $25.
