Placed an online order
Placed an online order. Never received it. No communication from the store, no reply’s to my emails. Ended up having to get a refund through PayPal. Which was several months after the original order was placed.

Customer service is appalling. Still not received urgent ordered.
I opted to receive an exchange due to a sizing issue on a coat order and the replacement was never sent out or received. All emails have been ignored for months and no refund has ever been forthcoming. Please avoid.

Appalling Customer Service
Product was good when it eventually arrived. Delivery took several weeks with no communication. I ended up contacting my credit card to report a no show and within 2 days the item arrived!!! The item was a present and was ordered in good time, 4 weeks before the event in fact. There was a total lack of interest , concern and communication by Goodhood and the I spent many hours of MY valuable time trying to chase them. For that reason alone I will never use them again. Good customer service is everything and I’m afraid Goodhood show all the concern of a second class drop shipper, I would even go as far as to say arrogant!!

I’ve looked into this and while your order was dispatched within our stated timeframe at the time (holiday peaks unfortunately always add a few days on to dispatch times unfortunately), it’s clear we fell short on keeping you properly updated along the way. Purchased a pair of general purpose shoes, very happy with the shoes, and the service was very good. Shipping with DHL was a bonus with flexibility to pick up. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again and will drop by when I’m next in London. Thank you!

Recent Poor Service
Generally Goodhood are okay and I receive my orders in a timely manner. There was one order recently which never arrived and after 2 weeks I started to email about where the order was. I emailed 4 times across a 2 week period and have never until today received a reply so ended up having to take alternative routes to get my money back. This was far from the outcome I expected from Goodhood. It’s left quite a sour taste in my mouth going forward as it was a lot of stress and waste of time for nothing due to extremely poor customer service.

Goodhood are terrible at customer service
Goodhood are terrible at customer service if I could give it zero stars I would. They still owe me over £100 in refunds from November 2025 and I’ve messaged them numerous times to receive no reply so given up. I wouldn’t buy from them unless you are willing to lose money.
