Shipping and tax were a bit much
Shipping and tax were a bit much. as im in kilkenny and was sent from kilkenny. 4.95 was Shipping which if an post delivered would have been 2.95.gpod product but postage very expensive

I had a really good experience at Goods' lingerie department last Saturday. Karolina was incredibly helpful with finding a bra. Thanks to her guidance and their summer sale, I ended up buying two bras that are both high quality, well-fitted, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable. I'm very happy with my purchases.

My daughter and I went for bra fittings today. Karolina helped and she was excellent. She gave advice, made us feel comfortable and provided so many options to choose from. Would highly recommend Goods and Karolina in the Lingerie Dept.

I am disappointed with the service
I am disappointed with the service. Two young girls busy with themselves. Completely ignoring the customer. I wanted to buy a bra. While in the fitting room, no one approached me to make sure I had the right size etc. Two young shop assistants were busy gossiping and in the end they were joined by another colleague from the shop. I stood in the fitting room with the curtain drawn off a good while, in bra, waiting for someone to react. I left the shop quietly, those girls probably didn't notice either. TRAGEDY! I don't know where such people come from

I ordered some clothes on December 22nd as a birthday present for my grandson in January. I received a call the next day from a lovely staff member asking if I needed them for Christmas and if there was a way of getting them to me quickly. As it happened I received them on Christmas Eve so I would have to say that the quality and service was excellent.
