Most of the time good service but often delivery much slower than other online companies
Last experience poor as an item was returned back to Goose Island by Royal mail as my address was incomplete

After 3 emails over two weeks and so many phone calls which were never answered still no solution to a jumper I ordered,haven't recieved a refund and no communication.
They pride themselves in returning your email query that day but nothing for weeks
Still waiting
Cannot get through on the phone at all.
Feel so disappointed as watch Karen live and really rated this company.
Hope this is a blip

I ordered two tops from Goose Island and one was small so I returned it four weeks ago. I’ve been in contact several times and had many different replies, blaming sickness, holidays and the post office but still no refund. The tops were both of average quality but the returns are very expensive. No I wouldn’t recommend this company as I feel four weeks is far too long for a refund.

Received the Havana crinkle dress in black. Was disgusting quality. Also ordered a belt to go with dress.
Returned both in one small parcel as the dress was like a rag. Then charged not £3.50 to return but £7 considering the parcel was very small!

Just having to pay for a return on a dress that arrived today & is not as shown online. Dress shown on the model is almost full length & dress that arrived is a short midi. So unless the model is under five feet tall which I doubt then this is not the same dress! And I'm expected to pay £3.50 to return it.

Just received my Tahlia barrel trousers.
Fit is amazing,very comfortable and flattering,superior to others I've bought elsewhere,and less expensive. Just ordered the khaki and on wait list for black.

Paid £20 for a dress in the sale, it was very poor quality so I returned it , the only refund I had 3 weeks later was £12.50, they had deducted postage for both ways which in my opinion is a poor service , I won’t be ordering from there again.

Love the dress that I ordered. Vibrant colours and a great fit. Unexpected bonus is that it even has pockets!

Clothes were of decent enough quality. Don't be afraid to give them a go. I didn't keep any items as they didn't suit my body shape..tall with a large bust. Refund took a long time and I feel a little stung as I was originally only refunded 5 out of 6 items. I wrote to customer services and got the remainder refunded but a little apology reply/acknowledgement would have worked wonders.

Just received my order of Lena symbolic midi dress in red and so disappointed. It says size 10-16..I’m 5ft2 and size 12/14 and it was tight on me and short on me, would definitely not fit a uk 16. The middle sections with the bottons was not stitched straight, such a cheaply made dress..the colours are the same as the picture but the cut and material awful. Feel cheated that I have to pay to have it returned! Hope they don’t mess my refund up as I’ve just read they have done with others.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I ordered a maxi dress which arrived very poor quality and not like the picture ..when I returned it I had to NO response from the company despite emailing with receipt and proof of postage and delivery until I raised a dispute with my bank..they then agreed to give me a partial refund and deducted £7.50 for postage costs when it says £3.50 on their website! Never had this experience with any other retail..complete sham business..AVOID! I would give half a star if I could

Just had my second order delivered. So pleased I found this company. Their clothes are lovely and unique, just what I'm looking for and prices are resonable. I've bought 3 tops and a dress, all have been beautiful. I struggle with maxi dresses as they can be too long (I am 5'3.5" and a size 16 dependent upon fit - I was a 20-22). The one I received today is perfect, maxi but not dragging on the floor, skims the top of my feet and feels so lovely on. Will be lovely when I go on my hols. Items are well packaged and delivery is tracked by Royal Mail.

Bought a one size fits all dress for £19.99 which didn't fit (wasn't long enough in the body) have returned but had had £6.50 deducted from my refund, won't be buying from this company again.

I am always looking at the Lives and fcb and Instagram posts . The clothes are just so pretty and beautiful. I always have great comments from friends! There is also a reward scheme to build up points which give you money off , also a birthday gift . GI is a real family and you get great advice and tips for styling , especially layering! You can’t lose tbh !

Clothes are always great. Always something different that you won't find in the shops and of great quality. Customer Service go over and above to help you. I have been buying from them since they started on-line and have never been disappointed.
