Scam

Ordered through the app and there was a missing item. Contacted customer service and spoke to Sarah who refused to refund me for the missing item. Absolutely scam, stealing peoples money and refusing to refund or deliver item. Terrible customer service, never using again.

I ordered from the Bermondsey gopuff…

I ordered from the Bermondsey gopuff and when I received my gone off meat but and the cheese was off and had mold in it so not happy Deliverroo refunded my money but you would think that they would check it as you could see the green mold bits by looking into the packet lol

Would give less than 1 if I could. On using this company for the 2nd time 6 items were missing!!!. Absolute nightmare to converse with someone for a resolution. The items were allegedly scanned, when I tried to query if the items were with the driver, I was met with the same automated message which said they could not issue a refund. I now use whoosh with tesco, not had and issue with them so far and if I did I'm confident the customer experience would be be 100% better than these thieves.

Constantly send incomplete badly packed…

Constantly send incomplete badly packed items. Delivery drivers can't even open the gate to my house have left orders outside my gate in the street and don't have a clue where they are going. Bad customer service overpriced goods and slow delivery. FAM IS POINTLESS AND LOAD OF CRAP.

The chat assistant was helpful

My ice creams arrived melted to be honest I don't think it is the drivers fault they should be equipped better by the company.
After couple of chats they offered me a refund which I thought it was impossible after reading the other reviews but the customer assistant was helpful

SCAM

Everything is nice until you need to claim refund. It just doesn't work,no matter what item and what reason after you click 'next' all you got is ERROR!!!! Your veggies is total joke, rotting, nothing is fresh! And you have no option but accept it cause requesting refund never works.GOOD BYE FROM ME

No refund despite not delivering what they promise

I’ve been using Gopuff for a long time and often get their reduced Gobags (we used to get them from Too Good To Go when they charged just over £3 but they increased their prices to £5 a bag from their own site). My last bags just before Christmas were awful, had some rotting food in and even worse than that didn’t even add up to £5 of goods even if I had bought them full price!
After a while I was offered a £15 coupon to spend instead of a refund. This meant I really only got £10 back as they charge a small delivery fee despite being a member of their loyalty scheme. When I went to order something the discount had disappeared, I didn’t realise I only had 30 days to use it. So now I am £15 out of pocket having been mis-sold goods by them. I’ve asked for my money to be refunded to my original payment card but now I’m being ignored by them. I’ve cancelled my Fam subscription and won’t be using them again

What a horrible service

What a horrible service. I made an order and the courier cancelled it. I went to the MFC to find out why and no one knows and can do nothing. Quicker to go to the supermarket which is what I did.

What a waste of time! Getir went under and I’m sure gopuff will too

Really terrible service I signed up for fam the first driver tried to deliver my goods to the wrong address which he admitted was his fault the items I had ordered which was two pots of cottage cheese were missing. So I ordered again and got 2 pots of cottage cheese Neally out of date I want to close my account and even this is proving impossible..

Been using go puff since day 1 but after multiple issues with mine and families orders as well as extremely out of date products charged at full price.complain and get offered a measily £3 to spend on future order t and c apply and an email saying after further investigation and talking to staff at the unit we can't offer you anything now.disgusting behaviour ps £231 I paid for the order in question

I have not used this company, and having read the reviews and even their site, I will not. I saw their adverts, 'Aldi prices' on the side of buses and was curious. Look on their site and they say cheaper than Walmart! I have little faith in companies that cannot be bothered to adjust their bump. Some of the 'Aldi' prices are actually Morrison's products. May be the same price, but not the same quality. But is gopuff buying from Morrison's or what? I also wonder where their Manchester warehouse is for them to deliver in up to 30 mins? Yeah sure. Took me an hour to drive 3 miles the other day! I was intrigued, but will not bother.

Never again

Delivery driver sat 4 doors up from the delivery address and left after 2 mins, not even long enough for me to get ready to go to the car. Thought it was meant to be dropped at the door? By the time I got shoes on he was driving up the road an had cancelled the order! Absolutely rubbish an will never use again. Makes it even worse there isn’t a number available to contact the driver!!

Terrible Customer Service and Unfair Policies - Avoid Gopuff!

I had a truly frustrating experience with Gopuff and feel compelled to share it. I ordered some avocados, which, as everyone knows, ripen at home. I waited a couple of days before trying to use them, but they were completely spoiled when I did. When I reached out to their customer service, I was told they couldn’t offer me a refund or any compensation because more than 24 hours had passed since my order.

This policy is ridiculous! How are you supposed to know if an avocado is bad without cutting it open? It ripens over time, and you can't tell from the outside. When I explained this to Gopuff, they gave me a generic, unhelpful response and refused to address my valid concerns. I even requested a refund, but they still won’t help.

Their rigid 24-hour window for resolving issues with fresh items feels like an excuse to avoid taking responsibility. It’s bad enough that they delivered poor-quality produce, but their dismissive attitude toward customers makes it even worse. I won’t be using Gopuff again, and I’d strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering anything fresh from them.

Save yourself the hassle—there are better options out there!

Drivers helping themselves

I had a go bag last weekend. It was very poor compared to one’s I have had. I then ordered another the next day to see whether it was better. Unfortunately same driver and a very poor bag just about making £5

Refused to refund missing items

Filled in the missing items form immediately, as 2 items were missing and they require you to submit the form within 24 hours. They failed to respond, so I sent an email enquiring. Refused to refund as it was more than 24 hours. ROBBERS AND THIEVES.
