Avoid fresh foods

The food is always expired like black bananas and stale bread past it's sell by date. It should be illegal. If you want non fresh food then I think the prices are reasonable but never get anything fresh.

Customer service outright lied to me…

Customer service outright lied to me causing me to lose £100 worth of vouchers when I had clear written proof contradicting what they were saying to me. I will never ever ever use this app again

Ordered with the new customer offer of £15 off. Order arrived well packaged and very quickly. I didn’t order any perishables after seeing some of the reviews on here. But I’m very happy with the service I was offered.

Mouldy and expired products delivered

All the fruit I ordered was expiring that same day and was already mouldy and gone off. They clearly picked the items destined to be thrown out that day and ‘sold’ it to customers who ordered through them. Will be my last time.

Ordered a delivery - wrong items came and right delivery never showed!

Ordered a delivery, have never had an issue until today - driver brings wrong items, asked when he would come back with the right items, he said 10 minutes. Fast forward 1 hour later - no sign of the driver! In the app, the driver status/name of driver kept being changed, rang their contact numbers - nobody picked up! I have been a regular customer of GoPuff for a long time - no more! I will never use them again. Awful customer service and only a ridiculous automated chat to help resolve queries. Takes ages to have someone reply! Really appalling and disappointing after what was good, consistent service. I will never use them again. That one, bad experience is enough to lose a regular customer for good!

my order was not delivered and the staff was very rude ended the phone on me and none of there support staff are answering emails i’m very angry they take the p!ss i’m not happy don’t buy from there i haven’t got any money back fuming !

If I can give 0 stars I would!! After a very disappointing experience and receiving expired items countless times, moldy fruits and vegetables, slimy mushrooms, rotten meat, and joining a scam bingo contest, I decided to cancel my fam and delete gopuff app, because they won't even offer a refund for expired rotten food and they don't check their produce before shipping, they send items within one day of expiry date, not to mention I won their bingo content and they refused to acknowledge my winning and didn't include me in the draw so all in all it's better to just buy from the shops cheaper and you can make sure it's not expired.

Awful Service, Awful Staff That Don’t Care

Thought I’d give these a try, wish I hadn’t bothered. Ordered twice and was offered non contact delivery both times so paid and received both orders as per delivery instructions. I need non contact at the moment as I am unwell, can’t get to the shops and can’t risk catching any infections. Put my third order in the same way, was offered non contact again as I didn’t have any restricted items on there, also put directions to whereabouts my house is in the street and the fact the porch is open so my shopping can left inside. Exactly the same as my previous two orders. The driver turns up outside my door, knocks a few times then calls me. I’m in bed, I answer the phone and he says come outside and get your shopping. I said no, why can’t you follow my delivery instructions, he continues to talk but because he’s at my door talking my dog who is next to me starts barking so I can’t hear him, I repeat again to leave my shopping in the porch then hang up. I eventually hear the door open and he leaves my shopping. I go on the chat because you can’t call anyone, have to explain why I need non contact and firstly the agent starts waffling about age restricted items which he already knew weren’t on my shopping. I repeated myself again and said why are you offering me a service then denying me that service. The agent said I should explain to the drivers about my health issues and “hopefully” they will leave my shopping. How disgraceful is it that I have to discuss my health with a driver who refuses to follow delivery instructions that the company offers me and how inconsiderate and uncaring that a person thinks that’s ok. I asked for an email to make a complaint which looked suspiciously like it was attached to the chat option anyway. I sent an email, was returned a form to fill out then didn’t hear a thing. I would rather die of starvation than use this company again. I’ve deleted my account and app. I spent about £125 that week over three orders and that’ll be going to a proper company that acts appropriately. I’m not surprised their score on here is terrible, unfortunately I have to give them one star when it should really be zero. I also screenshot a copy of the chat for when they dispute this review and say it never happened so do your worst.

Absolutely horrendous - AVOID

Absolutely horrendous. Do not use. Driver ‘Brenno’ went to the wrong address before stealing my groceries. Customer service couldn’t care less either. AVOID and use Tesco Whoosh or Deliveroo if needed!

Expensive poor quality products from stores, often rotten or overstock, sold as you can't see how they look like and nearly impossible to get a refund or replacement despite what they claim. Don't waste your time with fruit or bread: countless money wasted like that. Huge delivery fees, plus 'small' order fees on top, even with their 'free' delivery Fam subscription. Promotion codes or deals never work anymore. Much cheaper and stress free to buy in store or from other food delivery services at this point. Unfortunately Gopuff has only gone downhill in the past few years.

24 hours refund policy with nobody to speak too

I made an order today of 10 items and only 3 were delivered. I can't contact them, their missing items form online keeps crashing so I decided to email them only to find out their emails aren't monitored. I then decided to contact them on webchat and I've been waiting for over an hour to get through to anyone. I find it funny that they put a 24 hours refund policy and you can't get through to anyone.

Horrible customer service

Advertisements misleading promising 10 mins delivery that later turns into 60 mins. Despite contacting customer service they take no accountability and just spam you with the same old messages to say how sorry they are . The person's name was Givylyn and he has disconnected our chat. Not just unhelpful , but also rude !

It was the Cambridge store I was ordering from. For the last time !

Whilst my deliveries haven't been that bad, the customer service is not so good. They really need to improve. I went round & round trying to access a chat as I needed a live agent. It said on the website to access the app and then connect with customer support there. Yeah, I did this. Again & again & again. Just a load of faqs and nothing further. Really annoyed me. I've been with them a while & only ever order when it's a kind of emergency. They never have any discounts either for existing users, just a membership that I certainly don't want to be committed to. Go puff need to step up a gear with instant working access to live agents and giving more to existing customers.

Thieves with no accountability

Thieves with no accountability. How you gonna hire people that are stealing from customers and when the customer is bringing it to your attention it’s all mumbles of a response denying responsibility. Absolute weirdos. DO NOT ORDER! £44 pound order your are not serious.

I love the idea of this business and it’s very well stocked. However the customer service is absolutely atrocious! Every communication I have had with them ( as I am a loyal customer using them 12+ times a month ) has been absolutely appalling. I recently received a rock hard doughnut ( it could literally knock somebody out ) and have been told there’s nothing they can do about it. Customer service lets this business down so much. Such a shame how poor customer service over a £3 doughnut can loose you a £200+ a month customer, I will be now moving onto something else

Avoid avoid avoid

Deliver perishables on their use by date, then refuse to even converse with you when you ask for a refund. Disdain for customers is plain. Terrible company with even worse customer service. AVOID.

I’ve been subscribing to FAM on and off…

I’ve been subscribing to FAM on and off for a couple of years. They suddenly decided that they’re not delivering to my address only a day after taking the subscription fee. I asked for a refund but they’re messaged back saying ‘sorry we don’t deliver to your address’. Awful company
