Myles and the team at Go Real helped planned a large family trip with people coming and going at different times. We needed transportation for this large group to a small ancestral town and they provided private drivers. All of our tours and transfers were excellent. The group ranged in age from grandparents to kids and everyone enjoyed the trip. The hotels were also great and had AC and breakfast. While on the trip, Go Real responded to questions on WhatsApp and helped us as needed. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and would recommend for anyone looking to do a custom trip with complicated logistics.

Go Real Travel is a small unique travel planning company that allows your input to come up with a travel itinerary that applies to your schedule and specific needs instead of a company that plans a whole trip that includes a large group with a dedicated itinerary planned in advance without your input.

We scheduled 14 days in Italy, visiting Rome, Sorrento and Salerno. Each location had our specific interest in sites we wished to visit within the timeline we wanted to stay in each location. Go Real Travel arranged all the major specific site tours we wanted to visit, keeping each tour group to less than 10, and as small as our group of 4. Each tour content was the same version as large tour groups that could number well into the 20's and 30's. The tour guides for each of our tours were very professional, teetering on the side of excellent, and provided a good history and overview of what we were touring. Each spoke good English, so communication was not an issue. When we were not on a Go Real Travel arranged tour, Go Real Travel provided us with a good overview and directions to other sites we could visit in our "on our own time", in the same city.

Travel for us in Italy was very different than in the United States. We experienced every form of transportation available; planes, trains, metros, buses, automobiles, and yes, lots of walking. Be prepared to walk in Italy!! Not being that familiar with the rail/train system, that took a little getting used to because of all the different operating train companies. There are the high-speed trains that operate between the major cities and the commuter trains that operated more regionally, along with the city metros and trams. But, Go Real Travel arranged all the city to city, some high speed and some regional, trains, so after getting used to the system, and some on the fly guidance from Go Real Travel, we were fine. You may want to study up of the European train systems before you go if you have never experienced that form of major transportation before. Go Real Travel also provided metro passes while in Rome, which help significantly with lessening the required walking. There were a couple of times we required an automobile transfer, so Go Real Travel knew when we would need those in advance and pre-arranged the transfers. All those transfers were on time, with professional transfer companies.

All of the hotel accommodations were arranged by Go Real Travel. Each was no less than 4 star. Each was very conveniently located to our major hub of travel, which was the train, metro and buses. Each was very comfortable, clean, professionally operated and included a very good breakfast setting to start your day.

In closing, we don't live in a perfect world, so there were a couple of times while in travel mode that I needed assistance in understanding some of the information provided. When I needed that assistance, I communicated directly with a Go Real Travel Support Agent. I was extremely pleased with the response time in getting back with me and addressing my question.

If you so choose Go Real Travel for your next travel planning, which I highly recommend for travel that lets you create and manage your own itinerary, I think you will be very pleased.

You will automatically need to download the Go Real Travel App to reference your itinerary when needed. I would also download two others for your communication use; WhatsApp to communicate directly with Go Real Travel Support should you require immediate assistance, and Trenitalia for scheduling any required train travel if traveling to Italy.

And now you know why I rated Go Real Travel a 5! We had never traveled outside our comfort zone of group planning, but now having done so, we are very, very pleased we did and will do it again on our next adventure.

The Go Real Travel team did a fabulous job organizing our recent trip to Prague-Vienna-Budapest. They are very professional, friendly, and responsive to questions and concerns. The app is invaluable and comprehensive, containing all aspects of the trip, from a detailed, day-by-day itinerary including historical data and detailed travel directions, to hotels, tickets, safety and general travel info. Hotels were centrally located with convenient access to attractions and public transit. All of the guides we had were exceptional, contributing to a very enriching experience. This was our 2nd time using Go Real Travel, and it will likely not be our last. Highly recommended!

From planning the trip to taking the trip, everything was extremely easy. The app made getting around Switzerland easy. Communication with the tour guides and people prior to taking the trip made everything run smoothly. Only thing I would change would have been, us being provided with information on the public transportation app that Switzerland uses. One of our tour guides showed us the app and we were able to download it. I think it would have also been helpful to go to to furthest point away first and make our way back to where I flights were leaving out of. (Interlaken first and ending in Zurich - flights arrived and departed in Zurich) Great trip and Go Real Travel made things easy and stress free!

I chose Go Real Travel to help with our first experience of traveling to Europe and was not disappointed! The expectation was set high and they met in all areas. We had flawless transitions between the three cities we visited and our accommodations were in perfect locations for getting a true feel of the areas. Our 4/22-5/5/26 Italy trip planned by Go Real Travel Agency and Tyler Hawthorne was truly the trip of a lifetime for my 60th birthday. Every detail was flawlessly coordinated from start to finish, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience without stress or confusion.

We traveled through Rome, Siena, Florence, Tuscany/Chianti, Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento, Positano, Ravello, Amalfi, and Capri, and every transfer, tour, and ticket was perfectly arranged. We had knowledgeable private tour guides scheduled daily, drivers waiting for us in every city to transport us seamlessly to our next destination, and first-class train accommodations to and from Sorrento that were all handled in advance.

One of the highlights was the incredible boat tour around Capri and through the island’s breathtaking coastline and grottos. Every day felt magical because we always knew exactly where we needed to be, when to be there, and everything was ready for us. There was little to no confusion, interruptions, or logistical stress throughout the entire trip.

Tyler Hawthorne and Go Real Travel Agency created an unforgettable Italian experience filled with beauty, history, incredible food, stunning scenery, and memories we will cherish forever. Go Real Travel helped us plan an affordable 14 day vacation which allowed for flexibility with our schedule. They created a detailed daily planner with plenty of helpful information (directions, maps, phone numbers, etc ) and suggestions for the days we wanted independence. They sent reminders which kept us prepared and on schedule. They responded very quickly whenever we reached out with any questions and were always pleasant now matter how mundane our concerns. When we had a problem with one of the places we stayed in, they expeditiously moved us somewhere else, all the while staying in contact with us. When our group tour through Slovenia and Croatia was cancelled (after booking our flights) we luckily found GoRealTravel who turned out to be a blessing in disguise. They provided the perfect balance of support and flexibility as we travelled on our own. The arranging of hotels, transportation, guided tours and events (e.g., a private cooking class) made for a stress free experience. Two of the hotels in Plitvice and Dubrovnik were not particularly convenient if you didn’t have a car but we used Uber. The app worked really well on the phone and provided great detail on a daily basis. They were receptive to feedback and I would use them again.

Go Real Travel was an amazing company to work with. They planned a wonderful vacation for us to London, Paris and Rome. The hotels were all very well located and comfortable. The highlight of our trip were the private tours they had set up for us. We did one tour in London, one in Paris and two in Rome. It was very helpful having someone keep in contact the whole time in case there was some sort of problem or emergency. Also it helped with keeping to our itinerary. It made for smooth travel days and easy meet ups with guides and attractions.
