Gorilla Grow Tent Avis 

Took forever to get because they import it from communist China. What a disappointment from a “California” company… I’ll be looking for a ‘made in the US’ for my next one.

Their website made it easy to choose the correct tent for my purposes and space restrictions. Everything shipped and arrived in a timely manner. The tent was easy to set up and so far it looks great. I’m looking forward to many years of use with the tent.

First, the early delivery was much appreciated! Thank you for getting all of my order delivered in record time. The quality of the tent workmanship is epic and unrivaled. I was impressed with the high quality of the poles and zippers. I purchased the large tent with extensions and have already ordered my second tent. I will be a long-time customer!

A quick note on the exceptional customer service that I received. I spoke with Ms. J**** about some extra end caps for the poles that I wanted to order. Her response was beyond my expectation when she offered to ship the extra replacement parts at no charge. Ms. J**** also offered advice on other equipment that GSI did not offer, and I appreciate her willingness to help me. She had the best attitude for a customer service person I have ever encountered. Keep up the good work!

Super thick tent I’ll have for years to come

Awesome tents, only brand I use and recommend. This is my 3rd.

A bunch of holes, and areas where there are light leak. all four corners have one major seam that isn't stitched, and small puncture holes on the back and front. For the price I don't think it is worth it for this much light leak

Great product, and local for me! Customer service is on point. The only suggestion I can think of is to have the zippers on both outside AND inside so you can work inside with the tent closed up.

This is the best quality grow tent on the market. The packing wasn’t the best (plastic clips that hold the rods together during shipping were broken), but I understand that’s not GG’s fault. The customer service is top notch too. There was a sale a few days after I made my purchase of a shorty 8x4 and they honored the sale anyway and refunded the difference very quickly! I will happily buy from them again.

4x4 Shorty Tent Line.
This tent arrived and was extremely flimsy. It broke upon assembly in the corner hinges where there is weld. I’m not sure if they were put on sale because of a new model coming out that would prevent this or if this was just my personal experience. This is terrible considering I’ve personally bragged about this company being the best in the industry before even trying the products. I have heard great things however I 100% expected better quality from this purchase.

Even though my tent had a couple small pinholes...Travis stepped right up and had a new tent delivered to my door within about 4 days. First class product and first class customer service !

Quilty product and fast shipping got it in no time at all

Great product but I shouldn’t need to pay $40 for UPS ground shipping only to have you guys sit on my order for 4 days before shipping it. For $40 it should have shipped next business day.
