Really great service - Thank you Gorilla Sports!
Really great service, other than the customer services team did not really address my delivery enquiry directly at all....
In terms of the product, it was a birthday gift and I made someone very happy. He advised me he loved it and the bench was very easy to assemble. The delivery was super quick (arrived within two days) I had originally ordered via Amazon and changed to do this direct with the suppliers based on a review I read that the delivery would be far quicker....The delivery was free of charge and I am very happy with this Company and would highly recommend. The delivery guy was excellent and called me to keep me up-dated.

Srvice good. However, this particular product was sub standard (the weights are slippery and difficult to handle compared to previous ones I had purchased from Gorilla)

Product not as described, customer service not great
Product is great hence why I've come back after 5 to 10 years to get more plates, but I order 6 plates, 2 arrived in the gorillia brand silver but 4 plates came in a weird Matt grey :/ customer service is not great so far, email chain has stopped it seems as waiting 7 days for the latest reply after sending additional photos,
Overall product may finish may vary, not worth the cost for me atm when I could of got cheap second hand plates if I didn't want them to match.... Will update if anything positive happens

Value for money
Although some pictures in the manual need clarifying, the bench is easy to put together and sturdy once assembled. Good assortment of weights.

Fast delivery but a bit cheap feeling
Fast delivery, easy website to use.
Looks good and can be added to my current bench, but it feels a little cheap and wobbly for the high price. Makes me nervous to add the weight needed for my lat pull downs.

Prompt delivery and top quality product
Ordered a flat bench to replace my creaky old adjustable bench. Ordered on Christmas Day and it had arrived by the 28th.
Assembly was a cinch. The quality is top notch, metal work/fixtures appear durable and the padding is very comfortable and plush. Above all though it’s silent to use - I don’t wake the family up when exercising at 6am anymore! Buy in confidence

Equipment great
Equipment great, my son has used it every day since we got it.
There were issues with the delivery and because we needed it quickly we ended up collecting from the depot where the staff were helpful.
