Gorilla Sports UK Avis 

It’s been over SEVEN WEEKS since I ordered. They’re blaming Brexit. I personally think they’ve stolen my
money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I will be getting Watchdog on to them in my equipment isn’t here by the next Thursday.

Ordered an adjustable weights bench, it arrived on time and was easy to assemble. Sturdy and good quality. Would recommend.

Hi really good strong equipment, easy to assemble, only negative took a while to arrive.

Unfortunately there is a problem with the bar does not fit properly and it was a present for my son and he is sorting things out. He has sent video as to what is wrong.
This is relating to my first review.
This company are genuine and want to satisfy all their customers.
After my review and within a couple of days I was contacted by the CEO of the company. I passed my son’s details to him and I am very pleased with the outcome he went to see him and sorted the problems.

Great product, this is by far the best multi-gym weight bench I have bought (and there have been a few). The quality is exceptional and it is very versatile.
I can't recommend this product highly enough. Efficient service too as it arrived promptly ahead of the expected delivery time.

Ordered the product to go into my new garage/gym space.
I'm new to working out and so wanted an entry level product to start.

I have to say, Iwas really impressed with the service, as it came far earlier than anticipated.
The product itself is great. Might need some more weights as I get stronger, but for now I alternate them across barbell, dumbbell etc.. each workout

Product looks great and is a really good quality! Looks very expensive. Only slight criticism is that the bench is a little narrow (6,3 M c.15st) but it doesn't impact workouts, it's just a little narrow compared to your average gym version.
Would highly recommend

Easy to order quick delivery goid service

Worst delivery service I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across.

Over the moon with the quality of the weights bench. Super quick delivery also. Will happily use again.

We had a couple of delivery problems
But gorilla sports sorted these as soon as they could. Would recommend them for value for money and good customer service even if customs delays are a little outside of their control.

Been a month and still not fully received, only have the weights, UK company but sent from Germany.

I had missing parts to a second hand Gorilla Sports work bench and got in touch with CS via Whatsapp and was in touch with Lance. He was very helpful in sourcing my parts and very helpful in assisting me.

Funnily, but by accident, I got sent a whole new gym which I am in the middle of returning but I would certainly recommend Gorilla Sports for their products and customer service.

Don't normally write many reviews and I'm a patient person but I'll go out my way here. Month I've been waiting for the weight bench and it's turned up in separate parcels on different days, its a big item so its understandable. That took 3 weeks because of brexit issues, so again not going to complain even though they promise delivery a lot sooner . But then DPD sent the last parcel back saying it was damaged even though they had tried to deliver the same parcel the day before and it was fine then! So they're clowns. Now I'm stuck waiting for the last part of my order which apparently hasn't even been sent and received by DPD yet, This Over a A MONTH after ordering. Absolutely taking the pi$$. Not how business should be conducted.

I ordered two items from them the first a bench with weights the second some extra weights under the vinyl tab, but the set was not compatible with their products and was not made clear when purchasing, be diligent is all I can say

Dreadful customer service and very slow delivery. I ordered a month ago and have only just got my parcel today. I had to chase my order up and no timings were given at all. Bought a weight set from Amazon and was delivered within 5 days! Won’t be ordering again

I ordered 2 fixed Everlast barbells from Gorilla Sports in May, the money was taken at the start of June, only just received a response to my emails saying there is a delay and i will receive my order soon, was not told they was not in stock when i ordered and they only let me know about the delay after several emails
