Really difficult to get hold of in all communication styles and were really lax at helping with the sale and purchase of my house. They were more like a (poor) messenger instead of doing any kind of leg work. Absolutely do not recommend

I had a really positive experience with my case manager, Hasnain at Gorvins throughout the sale of my house.

The sale was not completely straightforward, with a few issues raised by the buyer’s solicitor. Hasnain was very helpful in dealing with these issues, explaining what was needed and helping to get the appropriate documentation and responses in place.

What I appreciated most was that he was responsive, approachable and kept things moving. I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening or what needed to be done next. Even when there were delays or queries from the other side, Hasnain stayed on top of things and worked through them with us.
