Gorvins Residential LLP Avis

We had a great experience using Gorvins for the purchase of our new house, with Ella Thirkell handling our case.

Ella was extremely helpful, thorough and professional throughout the entire process. She kept us regularly updated with all the relevant information and explained everything clearly, which made what can be a stressful process feel much easier and more straightforward. We really appreciate how responsive and attentive Ella was whenever I had questions or needed assistance.

We've had an amazing experience with Gorvins Residential.

Kimiya Khezri has been outstanding with us throughout the whole process.

I would absolutely recommend Gorvins Residential to everyone.

Excellent service from Brianie Welsh at Gorvins Residential. Brianie was extremely helpful, professional and supportive throughout our house purchase. She kept us updated at every stage, answered all our questions and made the whole process much easier and less stressful for us.

We really appreciate her patience, communication and hard work in helping us successfully complete our purchase. We would definitely recommend Brianie and Gorvins Residential to anyone looking for a reliable and professional conveyancing service. Thank you so much, Brianie!

Grace Newton was our case handler for our mortgage, she was very professional ad efficient always answered my questions on time, process was quicker than expected very happy with the service she provided. Highly reccommend.

I have just completed on buying my first home today!
I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Gorvins, in particular Kimiya Kherzi.
As a first time buyer I really had no clue what I was doing but Kimiya has been extremely helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner and in a way thats easy to understand. The process itself has been simple, using the app has helped keep everything in one place and its step by step process is easy to pick up.
I am very pleased to have chosen Gorvins as my solicitors and lucky to have been supported by Kimiya.
Thank you!

My case was handled by Danielle May & I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work. We faced delays at the start which was no fault of Gorvins however once the conveyancing process started, Danielle guided us the full way until completion.

Scarlet was thorough and meticulous.

Really happy with Emily Wilson . she was welcoming and made the entire process fast and simple . Great experienced and highly recommended .

Kerry Sharples was recommended by my mortgage broker and what a fantastic service she produced. She is a lovely and very efficient person.
Kerry acted for my sale and purchase, cannot fault her at all. Great communication all the way through, the App was great keeping my documents in one place and easily accessible. Kerry communicated very well and kept me updated almost everyday. She had all the paperwork sorted with 3-4 weeks.
Thank you so much Kerry 🤗

Honestly this service is much better than the conventional solicitors that you use, they are faster cheaper and always keep you upto speed on everything, my caseworker was Kaye Walker and honestly she has been a diamond, completed without any issues, thank you for helping me

Gorvins was recommend to us by our broker. Ria Statham has been wonderful throughout our remortgage. Would definitely recommend everyone to her.

Fantastic service, they make it so easy! I dealt with Josh Kelly who was on the ball throughout. The app is so useful and easy to navigate, I will be using Gorvins again for all my portfolio remortgages.

Kerry and the rest of the team have been a great support in the purchase of my first home. The most simple and speedy process! Thank you 😊

We have just completed on our house purchase today and couldn’t be happier with the service we received from our solicitor. Rob has been absolutely amazing from start to finish — incredibly quick, responsive and always on the ball with everything. Any questions we had were dealt with promptly, and we always felt that everything was being handled and kept on top of. We honestly couldn’t recommend him enough and are so grateful for all his hard work in getting us to completion today. Thank you so much for everything!

I strongly advice this team especially to Amela😍😍😍

Gorvins was recommended to us by the mortgage advisor. Arooj Asghar handled my case with quick and efficient professionalism which made me believe that the whole purchase would be done in few weeks. She was quick to get everything on our side in order and thereby creating pressure on the sellers to finish quickly. Arooj made sure that regular follow ups were made on the progress from seller’s side even without me having to instruct. Overall a fantastic experience throughout and I really liked the Smoove platform they used to keep me in the loop on documentation, progress and messages.

We were originally connected with Gorvins Residential through Haysto, our mortgage broker, when buying our first home.

Gorvins handled everything from start to finish, and the whole process was clear and straightforward. Having all the documents uploaded through the app made it really easy to keep track of what we needed to read and complete, and communication throughout was excellent.

Arooj, our case handler, was professional, prompt in responding, and incredibly helpful in getting everything over the line. We really appreciated all her support throughout the process.

Thank you, Gorvins and Arooj! We would highly recommend Gorvins Residential to anyone looking for a solicitor, especially first-time buyers.

Oliver Heneghan was my case manager and I am so grateful for all his support. He was clear and quick to respond to all my questions. No question was too stupid lol. He was also very good at keeping me updated, and following up with other parties if necessary. Would definitely recommend. Gorvins also have a policy where there is no fee if you don’t complete ( I think). That was also very helpful

Found this firm via my mortgage broker's panel. They rushed my case and missed out several key points. Thankfully, AI was able to spot the unfair clauses for me so i pulled out. Solicitor I was assigned was dismissive and unhelpful.
