easy to use, and the email support was very efficient.

The staff were very helpful when I had a problem and responded quickly. This was all done by email and I would have preferred to talk to someone. Nevertheless the service was good and the staff were patient with my lack of understanding.

Very helpful app that has made SA102M return very straightforward to fill in. Being able to submit it straight to HMRC through the app is great.

I have been using Simple Tax for around 8 years to file my tax return. It is intuitive and easy to use interface. The option to copy pages from one year into the next coming year is helpful and speeds up the process when your income sources remain the same year on year. Filing to HMRC is also easy and effective especially for those of us who are non residents.

i started using go simple tax last year but his is my first submission it was a couple of clicks of the mouse all done avoiding all the silly questions on hmrc site

Extremely well managed tax return filing portal

This company does exactly what their title says - they make the whole process of the tax return simple (as it can be at least). Recommended.

I've used the software to prepare myself asssement two years on the trot. No problems. It allows you to enter all the data and checkout the consequences before submitting the data to HMRC. Also has better explainers than the tax form.

Made my self assessment very easy to complete and had excellent online support to help when required.

Very simple process to complete a tax return. Will use next year

Ridiculously slow and clunky software and difficult to navigate from one page to the next. Why partnerships can't be dealt with via the .gov gateway I have no idea.

The help pages and, most of all, the guidance available on YouTube offer great help in completing some of these more complex tax return forms.

The whole app makes a tax return as simple as possible, especially when reusing for a succeeding year as useful information and details appear in the sections you need.

One property, non resident landlords, the process was simple and straightforward.
For a couple you'll still need to submit two returns but the price for the second 'user' is significantly discounted.
Great service and price.
