Gotamins Avis 

I waited a very long time for the order. Gotamins did respond in good time to my requests and I politely continued to wait for their stock to be refilled, but after 6 weeks I decided it was too long. They refunded my money quickly, so I have given 2 stars - One for responding politely and quickly and another for refunding the order in a timely fashion.

Order did not arrive. As others told delay. Aug 2022

SCAM! Do not order. Says there is a delay on order then they never come. I Cancelled the order and have never had my money back. This was over a month ago

SCAM - no dispatch , said transport was delayed. I cancelled the order and requested the refund which sureley will not come based on all comments here. Already 2 weeks and money should have transfered

I'm changing my previous one star review, which was similar to many posted here. After two weeks of zero communication, I sent them a strongly worded email to which they replied that there were supply issues relating to my order. I sent them a subsequent email asking for a refund and telling them that I felt that the way they handled their business was unethical. This morning I received my refund. I urge you all to do the same. I cancelled my debit card just as a failsafe and requested a replacement.

I ordered on 2nd aug. No parcel, no answer, no money...

Placed order on 5th July 2022. On the end of August still nothing. Raised ticket with them. They keep closing ticket every time on respond. Waste of Time and money. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Avoid !!! I ordered in July chased then mid august to be told they were having issues I chased again today even asking if they can send another brand but instead they cancelled my order then stated I would get a refund in about 2 weeks time

Scam. Never sent item I purchased and didnt refund my money as stated in the refund email. Avoid.

I ordered 2 nail polishes almost 2 months ago. They haven't been dispatched yet. I think they are selling items that they don't have, and because you didn't pay too much they don't care and also know / expect that you won't make a big fuss if you lose your money.
Where I coming from, that's called 'stealing'!
Businesses like this should disappear.

Ordered item no correspondence, no delivery, informed my bank for refund.
This company only takes money and is a complete fraud.

I ordered on June 28 & Aug. 2 from them. And still didnt receive any progress from my order bars until present. Cancelled my two orders quickly and luckily I was still able to get a full refund from them in just 5 days! Theyre probably a legit company but has very poor customer service in letting you track your orders.

I haven't even brought anything yet but this is one of the best websites compared to Amazon, Ebay, etc. most items have a perfect price and free delivery. ;D

I placed an order with Gotamins 1st June 2022 and till this day I have not received my order. when I emailed them and queried about my order they said they don't know when they will have stock to send!!
first and last time I will ever use this company to order anything. Don't waste your money

Placed my order on the 7th June 2022 and I have still not received currently 8th August 2022.

Scam. I applied to my bank for a refund from these thieves.

Do not order and take this as a honest review.
It’s a scam, I’ve already lost money and not received the order, they don’t even email regarding the order.
Absolutely no customer service

I have ordered whitening gel 14.06. today is 02.08 and I still didn’t received it. There is no telephone number and they don’t reply my messages on their website. Looks like I lost £26:/
