They took forever to finish my refund and nothing was clear to me about their charges or how much refund they secured for me. There was no proof of communication from hmrc on verbal ' hmrc is asking for receipts'. Initially was told that I was going to get around £650 but only received £51 with no explanation on how we got there. Totally feeling the loss. Also people I referred were paid way before me but I got nothing

The entire process was seamless, thanks to Sarah and Laura for their step by step guidance and constant communication throughout. Truly appreciated.

We got off to a bit of a rocky start but thanks to Sarah putting up with me being crotchety and persevering anyway it all came good in the end. To honestly tell you . Finding these guys on Facebook didn’t do much as to encourage me to engage them to my personal life. Reading the reviews and then Sarah, actually calling me and chatting with me , l asked a couple of questions that she answered convincingly.
When l registered them on my tax platform and saw that the Government acknowledged they were genuine l went in with no doubt.
