I don’t like the 30% taken off refund …
I don’t like the 30% taken off refund it’s way too much please . Out of 900 plus , they collected almost 400? That’s really much considering this is an expenses .

However, our 30% fee is clearly explained from the outset and agreed before we begin the service. We do not charge an upfront fee; instead, our fee is taken from the refund we successfully recover for you.
This service involves a considerable amount of hands-on work from our team, from preparing and managing the claim through to dealing with the relevant parties and securing the refund. We’re proud of the service we provide and the results we achieve for our clients.
We appreciate that nobody likes paying fees, but the 30% charge reflects the work involved in successfully recovering these funds on your behalf.

Transparency
I was glad i received my tax refund, however i was not happy that it did not include the promised payment of reffering an individual, i also did not like lack of transparency of what the amount of fees was going to be deducted as payment for the service it all seemed dodgy hence i did not trust outco

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re pleased to hear that you successfully received your tax refund.
Just to clarify, referral payments are separate from your tax refund and are paid once the person you referred has completed their claim with us. They therefore wouldn’t be included within your tax refund payment.
We’re sorry to hear you felt there was a lack of transparency around our fees. Our fee is 30% of the claim value + VAT where we are successful in claiming a refund for you. This covers the hands-on service we provide, managing the claim from start to finish and ensuring the information submitted is accurate.
We appreciate your feedback and will take it on board as we continue to make our communication around fees and referral payments as clear as possible.

Our 30% service charge reflects the level of service, management and support we provide throughout. A reduction to 10% would be significantly below our standard service level, so we wouldn’t be able to accommodate that rate.
