Reina was super nice and walked me through my flight information perfectly.

Levi Thomas was easy to talk to and assisted with my cancellation, he told me that he would waive all of my cancellation fees because of the inconvenience, then he transferred me to Reina and she was very helpful with telling me to do a review and cancelling my booking.

GoToFlyer.com is a scam because they don’t have the seats for the flight you booked, instead they told me that they have a more expensive ticket and that they are unable to cancel and refund my money. (the guy I was dealing with had an Indian accent and was super rude and was interrupting and talking over me). I am sorry I fell for this. Lesson learned.

Rainair (sounded like the name) was very rude and threatening I asked to speak to a manager she refused to put me through, eventually she did. Manager Nora took care of it for me but when I asked to make a formal
Complaint about the other worker they kept hanging up and no longer would give me
Their name.

Apesar de que la persona se defendió en la atención. Tubimos problemas para entendernos porque su español no es bien fluido.

I found a flight that was perfect, an hour later, I got a call telling me that the flight was not available. I was on the phone for 2 hours when she finally found a flight that had a layover. My flight back wasn't what I signed up for, there was a 14 hour layover instead of direct. I had to pay $200. More for my round trip, then what I first booked.
