I am 80 yrs old and I ordered from them a hearing aids. It was so well below the standard from there write out. Completely unusable. The background noise is very very loud making it useless to help my hearing. I asked for a return and refund and they offer only a mere $6 which I paid $75. After a long negotiation they finally offer $12. Never never buy anything from them. SPAM

I wish to update my experiences with Gotosleeps. They eventually got back to me with a refund and I thank them for that.

Do not buy anything from this company. I placed an order in October 2025 for a Christmas gift. I am still yet to receive my product in February 2026. I keep getting messages that due to custom's stringent policies, delays are inevitable. They say that they will fix the problem and to wait patiently. I have asked for my money back as according to their returns policy but they insist that i wait. I wished i had read reviews before I placed an order.

I ordered an item in early October. They provided tracking information which I think is completely falsified as it just stopped updating. When I queried this they told they would ship a replacement item. That has not happened and I have asked for a refund but am being ignored. Should have read these reviews first

This is scam website. They accept order and money and never shipped my product. After 5 weeks I asked to refund, they said it’s impossible.

Advertised as no prick glucose meter what a scam then they would not take it back and offered me $4 return. BIG SCAM!!!! Beware

Should be sued for violation of the trades descriptions Act. Advertised as invasion free blood glucose meter, it's just a blood oxygen and pulse meter. Absolute scammers

I got pants with wrong colour and wrong size cant send it back the fee would be much more

1. The product cost ~38$ but they debited 42$ "by mistake".
2. Tactical pants with pads - one who uses such, knows the pads are the most important - so no pads, no pockets for pads.
3. They try to "compensate" you for a few $, but I can't turn a blind eye, if you promise something, sell it.

Schlechte Ware, kein Ersatz möglich, nur 8 Dollar für eine 60 Euro Ware als Entschädigung möglich.

Placed order for two things on 6/21, as of 7/30 nothing.

This company is scamming people on the amounts they are charging customer. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Ordered pants from their website. The price shown is different from what they charged my credit card. They listed the additional charge as sales tax. They charged over 20% sales tax. No state charges anywhere near that amount. Contact Pay Pal, told them it was a fraud charge since it was a different amount from the website. Had a screen shot and still Pay Pal has to wait 10 days to cancel the charge? Note: I contacted them within the hour to cancel.

STAY AWAY !!!! Ordered a knife, waited over 2 months, using the tracking option, found out it was lost. Wrote to their cs, they ordered a new one, took another month, received it and it was not even close to what I ordered, and of poor workmanship. Wrote to them again and they will discount the order ???, I asked for the correct same item as I ordered, again they offered me 10% refund…

I have now have had the transaction cancelled by the visa and bank I deal with.

Like many on here, I ordered a pocket knife that never arrived.

Total scam. I ended up disputing charges through paypal and got my money back.

The tracking number showed my item just chilling for MONTHS. I reached out and they just told me to be patient.... MONTHS is patient enough. They would not do anything so I went to Paypal. Fun fact.... They sent Paypal a different tracking number of an item that was moving. Thankfully I included the original tracking number. AVOID!!!!!!!

I ordered a pocket knife, I was given a tracking number that looked like it went to fake website. It's been almost 2 months my order has not arrived.

I have asked for a refund multiple times and have resorted to asking my credit card company to refund.

Absolute scammers. Do not buy anything from them. They have figured out ways to prevent you from filing Paypal disputes. You will not get what you ordered.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a knife in late May, still has not been delivered and most likely never will. CS did respond telling me it is on the way and they DO NOT issue refunds. Stay away from this site.

I ordered a pocket knife from an add by them on Facebook. 4 weeks now and still waiting. I pestered them every few days and they finally starting sending me tracking updates. The origin was initially shown as Croatia. When they switched tracking companies when it landed in the US it showed the origin as Chenzen China. Very suspicious. I could have bought the same knife from Amazon for $5 more and had it in a few days. Now at 4+ weeks I'm still waiting.
Update: The knife I ordered showed up after 5 weeks. It was a cheap knock off of the real knife they showed on their website. STAY AWAY from this company. I started the process of returning for a refund.

Scammed. Ordered a pocket knife that initially showed tracking as being shipped from Ireland. Order was placed April 20. May 30 I reached out to see why it has never arrived and was given a second tracking number, this time showing shipping from China. June 27th today. Still nothing.

I can only conclude that this company is a scam. I placed an order with them on May 11. As of today, June 24, the order has not arrived nor can gotosleeps tell me when it will arrive. They use what appears to be a 3rd party for shipment tracking. There is not way to tell what carrier actually has the item -if it even ever actually shipped at all. It has been "in transit" from SC since June 9. I made multiple attempts to resolve this with their customer service team (no phone number - only email) with out any success.

Jeg købte noget lak til at fixe et par stenslag på vores Ford og Tesla. Kvaliteten af malingen er helt i skoven. Den er alt for flydende til at touchup noget som helst. De skriver desuden Eco-friendly på hjemmesiden. Ikke at jeg tror på eco-friendly autolak, men jeg tror der faldt døde fugle ud af hækken da jeg åbnede for den lille neglelaksbeholder.
Sidst fremgår det at de holder til i Dover. Efter 2-3 uger kom der en pakke fra Kina.
