Ordered a product on May 4. Got a fake or incorrect tracking information. In mid-June, I contact seller and ultimately Paypal for what appears to be fraudulent. The seller sends me another tracking link which shows the item just shipped June17 and is still in China

Product ordered was not what was delivered. They tried to add an addition tax to the order - 35%. They said 5 - 7 days shipping, it actually took 27 days. Tried to get a refund and they refused.

SCAMMY! I was charged approx $10 more than what my original PayPal charge was but after some time, they actually refunded me the difference. Unfortunately, I never even received the knife... After 6 weeks I saw the "tracking" actually updated to Eugene, OR in the US. Why it even went there is beyond me, it should have landed on my side of the country, but whatever. After a couple more weeks of no movement, I contacted and received back an email stating they were having shipping issues they were working out... 2 weeks later and here I am. And there it is (supposedly) - SCAM

Crooks. Thieves. Whole website is a shame. Do not order from them. Waiting 5 weeks. Won’t provide a contact number for customer support

What a con! Ordered an item and after being charged more than the item was listed for go shipment info showing it was coming from Italy and not China. Took forever and when it was received not the item I ordered!

They are running a scam. You won't receive your product and the tracking info will be fake. They won't refund because "you have 6 hours from the time you purchase to cancel your order for a refund. No returns accepted.

Sent out multiple emails waiting for my items believe it’s a total scam. Don’t waste your time or your money. They will reply to the email just to give you separate and different tracking numbers from different companies which is a big red flag should be one company shipping the item Definitely will never buy from them again.

This company is a scam! I ordered a Superbox S6 and they sent me a MXQ pro android box. I would give them zero stars if I could. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!

I was not able to give a negative rating so giving 1. I bought a Authenticity- Guaranteed-Men's Comfortable Waterproof Breathable Orthopedic shoe and they sent wrong size and asking me to accept the size. And they kept arguying that they sent the correct item but without any proof. I sent proof from their website itself but they never replied for my question instead they just kept saying they are sorry and ask me the use the small size shoes. I got tired of the answer they gave and after almost 4 months I had to accept for a compensation which is 1/4 of the cost that I paid and I had to throw that shoe in the garbage because it want unusable unless I cut my feet couple of centimeter. I would recommend that no one buys from this website. To put it plain what they did was cheating

Falsk tracking:
Efter bestillingen modtog jeg trackingnumre, som viste sig at være falske. Pakkerne fremstod som var de blevet afsendt fra USA, men endte med at stå stille i over en måned uden nogen bevægelse da de "ankom" til Danmark.

Forkerte produkter:
Da jeg endelig modtog varerne efter mere end to måneders ventetid, var det ikke de produkter, jeg havde bestilt. Projektorerne manglede det lovede Android-styresystem, havde intet indbygget batteri, kunne ikke justere skærmstørrelse, og displaykvaliteten var langt fra det, der blev lovet. Derudover var der intet lærred med, som ellers var beskrevet på hjemmesiden.

Uacceptabel kundeservice:
Da jeg kontaktede kundeservice, blev jeg mødt med gentagne tilbud om minimal kompensation, selvom fejlen utvivlsomt lå hos dem. De foreslog endda, at jeg selv skulle betale for returneringen til Kina – en omkostning på omkring 80 USD, hvilket næsten svarer til varernes værdi.

Modvillig afslutning:
Efter utallige mails og afvisning af deres urimelige tilbud, accepterede jeg modvilligt en lille kompensation, simpelthen for at afslutte sagen.

Konklusion:
Min oplevelse med gotosleeps.com har været præget af vildledende markedsføring, falsk tracking, forkerte varer og elendig kundeservice. Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale at handle her og opfordrer andre til at være på vagt over for deres metoder.

Ordered a portable projector and, two months later, it never arrived. It allegedly was mailed again, but the tracking number for the package sent again was false.

My daughter placed an order for a Christmas gift, but it was apparently "lost" in shipment. A second item was shipped with a status "2025-01-21 00:00 In Transit to Next Facility" for over a month. Reached out, no response.

I ordered a pair of shoes last year September and today it's February haven't received it. They are scammers stay away from them.

Complete SCAM!! Do not order from them! Placed an order for an 4K Projector back in December for Christmas. It is now February and still never got it! $72 gone. I even and paid for VIP shipping! Which was supposed to be 3-5 days. They keep sending fake updates on the shipping from China. DO NOT ORDER from this company!!

Absolute crap!!

It tools 5 weeks to receive. The video quality is subpar at best and I can not get sound out of the machine regardless of what I try.

Customer Service is non existent.
Do not waste your money.

Advertises a fantastic portable projector, but it's crap. Can't watch Netflix, Pride, Disney... Not 4K quality either. Delivery time 6-7 weeks. Doesn't respond to emails when you're dissatisfied, even though they advertise satisfied customers and good service. DO NOT buy from this crappy store!

ORDERED AND PAID MY PROJECTOR SINCE 29 DEC 2024, IT;S ALREADY FEB IN 2025 AND THE ITEM IS STILL IN TRANSIT. ARRIVED HK ON 11JAN, FINISHED ALL CHECKING ON 25 JAN 2025. STILL NOT YET ARRIVED!! HONG KONG IS A SMALL PLACE THAT ONLY NEED ONE DAY TO DELIVER EVERYTHING!!
