SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT DEAL WITH
Ordered shoes and the wrong size eventually arrived after several weeks. Politely told them they were the wrong item and requested they provide the right size
Having sent photos to evidence what was supplied was wrong they insist they are the correct but offer me 5USD as compensation to keep them.
Clearly a scam and I how have a pair of shoes two sizes too small and am out of pocket by the cost.

Ordered 4 bmw logo projectors but they sent projectors with a some reta rded wing like projector. When I asked them to fix this they offered 6 USD compensation (cost of the projectors was 36 USD XD) When I continued spamming them they rised the refund to 9 USD. Maybe I should spam them more but I have no time for that. Just writing this to warn other people.

Wrong item- no logo on them as advertised- could not get a refund offered $3US refund when it cost $27US. ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT HAVING ANY THING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY.

Ordered some metal stick on car name stickers. Sent the wrong thing and argued it was what I ordered even though I showed them the email they sent with the correct order. Will never purchase from them again and will warn everyone I can to avoid them.

I bought a pair of size 10.5 gotosleep shoes. They say its made in USA. The tracking shows it comes Knoxville, USA. However when I receive it, the packet comes from China and its size 7.5. The brand differ and its Outdoor brand (made in China) that I could have bought for about half the price from Shopee (Another online portal). I cant wear it and I hope to either get a refund or a size 10.5

helaas ben ook ik ben erin getrapt om hier te bestellen op deze website. Lieve mensen, doe het niet. Je krijgt niet je bestelde artikelen. Maar volgens hun magazijn is de juiste bestelling verzonden. Ik had deur lichten besteld met een KIA logo. Het lijkt er niet eens op. Ik kon 8 dollar terug krijgen voor een bestelling van 32 dollar. Bestel dan ook nooit meer iets op gotosleeps.
Laat het ook voor u ook een waarschuwing zijn.
unfortunately I also fell for ordering here on this website. Dear people, don't do it. You will not receive your ordered items. But according to their warehouse the correct order was sent. I had ordered door lights with a KIA logo. It doesn't even look like it. I could get 8 dollars back for an order of 32 dollars. Never order anything from gotosleeps again.
Let it be a warning to you too.

SCAM!!! my Dad purchased a 2 pack of Toyota logo and was given 6 on a promotion, $56 AUS. when they arrived they were WINGS?!
We contacted them very politely asking for either a refund or the correct ones to be sent over, to which they replied they could offer a $6USD "refund" back and forth this eventually went up to $12USD, was constantly told how "sorry" they were and how they didn't have authority to give a full refund or re send items that are correct. they are not budging on this so i will be contacting my dads bank.

Just received these. Bought Volvo and BMW.....none of them come on. They don't say which is which, sticky pad for putting on car/them plus extra sticky 'infrared sensing sticker' but NOT for all of them. NO INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL

ich verstehe nicht wie so eine betrügerische Firma existieren kann. Man kauft Türschutz mit Emblem und es kommt Türschutz ohne Emblem, einfach nur schwarz. Antworten sind immer die gleichen, dass sie das richtige gesendet haben.
Es ist ein Betrug was die machen.

spent £25 for a set of silver stickers and received 1 very small sticker , don't buy from them its a scam

Do Not Order From This Company,Ordered (2) Sets Of Logos For a Chevy and a Honda at $40.00+
I Received 6 with a wing logo. When I complained they offered a $10.00 refund, if I'd send them back to China...AT $40.00 postage.
Even PayPal didn't stand up to them.

After which offers compensation of 2 USD.
Which I took to cut my losses.

Complete rip off company sent me the wrong thing and when I put a dispute through PayPal they wee useless to, lost my money and did not get what I ordered, do not use

I ordered for Porsche Logo Door Protector and Porsche Logo Door Light .. Both items were delivered but without Porsche Logo on it. I send pictures of the items received but the Warehouse team is confirming they send what I ordered and refusing to accept the wrong dispatch. I am demanding full refund and they are not responding now ... CHEATERSSSS ...beware public
