I have not received my package
I have not received my package. I am not getting any tracking updates in the history since May 8th. Then FedEx said it would be delivered today (May 11th) by 8pm; but true to form-- it has not arrived. I am extremely concerned that FedEx is not properly handling this time-sensitive, temperature sensitive package. I hate FedEx. If I buy from you again, I will insist on another International carrier like DHL. FedEx is the worst!

First of all, we are truly sorry for the frustration and concern caused by this delay, especially for a time-sensitive and temperature-sensitive shipment.
Please understand that once parcels arrive in the destination country, customs inspections and import procedures can sometimes create delays that are unfortunately outside both our control and the courier’s direct control. Tracking updates may occasionally pause during this process before the parcel continues moving again.
That said, we completely understand your disappointment and concern regarding the delivery experience. At Gourmet Groceries, we always try to use the fastest and most reliable international shipping services available. In our experience, both FedEx Priority and DHL Express are generally among the best options worldwide for premium and sensitive products, although unfortunately delays can still occasionally happen with any carrier.
We will continue monitoring the shipment closely from our side as well and will do our best to assist until the package is safely delivered.

Clear website, easy to order and pay. I bought a bottle of Atsas olive oil, and it was shipped very quickly and was very well packaged. Shipping to Sweden was only 10 euros! The oil itself is of the best quality, you can taste it. 10/10 would recommend!

There is a 2 week shipping delay
There is a 2 week shipping delay. Since I have no way of knowing how a perishable item like Extra Virgin Olive Oil is being stored, I will request a refund.
Gourmet Groceries needs to do a better shipping process.

Your order was dispatched the same day via express service (FedEx International Priority / DHL Express), which is the fastest available shipping option. The shipment is currently in U.S. customs clearance, a standard process for international deliveries that can occasionally cause delays and is unfortunately outside our control.
Please note that all products are stored in temperature-controlled, air-conditioned facilities and are carefully packaged to maintain their quality throughout transit.
While the vast majority of shipments are delivered promptly, customs procedures for food products entering the United States can sometimes extend delivery times.
We are actively monitoring your shipment and expect it to be released shortly. Our team remains available should you need any updates or assistance.

Exceptional customer service and prompt…
Exceptional customer service and prompt communication even out of normal business hours on the Saturday evening 03/01/2026 whilst New Year Festivities were still ongoing. Truly an amazing experience to have my order processed that evening and have it picked up by FedEx on Monday and shipped via International Priority even though I paid for flat rate normal shipping and only because I requested Urgent Delivery in my order!!!
Stellios, the Managing Director, truly went above and beyond to fulfill my order and upgraded it to International Priority at no extra cost, even though he could've done it on Monday morning without any interruption to his New Year celebrations!!!
Outstanding!!! 👏👏👏

What you observed is natural crystallization, which is a normal process in raw honey—especially thyme honey—and is actually a sign of authenticity, not added sugar.
