I applied fir an e visa to india. Igot ripped of. My photos were exactly as per criteria and got rejected before even reach the authorities and got zero refund. Just go to the official site of the authorities. Don't use their devises. They are useless and their customer service sucks.

I had a terrible experience with this eVisa website for the United Arab Emirates. I paid extra for emergency visa processing on the 09/08/2024 , as I had a flight today 09/14/2024 , but I never received my visa on time. Despite paying the additional fees for urgency, my money has been wasted, and I still don't have a visa.
To make matters worse, The support live chat did not respond to any of my queries, making the situation even worse. the visa processing time ended up being 7 days, which is far from the advertised emergency service. I strongly recommend that others avoid this website—it’s misleading and feels like a scam.

I would have chosen a no star if…
I would have chosen a no star if there’s an option for that. I’m very disappointed with their service. They charged me 400 dollars for a 5 year Indian visa but I only received a year visa. Plus they gave me the visa, three months later. So I have lost 3 months of my visa already.

We did indeed apply for a 5-year visa on your behalf, but ultimately, it is up to immigration to decide the duration of the visa they grant. In some cases, they may even reject an application. Not everyone is guaranteed visa approval.
If your visa had been rejected, would you have blamed immigration laws? This situation is beyond our control. In any case, you received your visa, and we have fulfilled our role.

Reached out to customer service multiple
times before receiving a response from someone called Yair. The first response said they would give me a 50% refund as per their terms, which I didn’t receive. After following up a few more times they then said a 25% refund, which again despite chasing and provided the bank info they need, I haven’t got.
Followed up with them since and still nothing back.
Do not use this company!

Could you please clarify what you mean by saying the visa was "raised in error"? Are you suggesting that you accidentally visited the website, entered all your personal details, acknowledged the terms, filled in your credit card information, and completed the payment? This sequence of actions does not seem logical to us to be called "error".
Please note that before purchasing the visa, you agreed to the cancellation fees, and your refund was processed exactly according to our policy.

I ordered a visa to Sri Lanka to my friend. This is my second order from this service, I typed the passport number wrong, I send an email requesting to fix it. I was given a response that the issue has already been fixed. They took the correct passport number from my passport photo. I received the visa after one day.

I applied for a visa to Sri Lanka for me, my son and my husband.
My and my husband's visa arrived immediately, due to my mistake 2 times in the insertion of my son's passport photo, I could no longer go ahead independently. I wrote an email right away as it was recommended to me by the online chat and within a week I received the visa. This week they asked me for the data that was needed to fix things (also because my son is a minor), but they always wrote to me about the status of the proceedings, letting me know that they were following the process, even if I still didn't receive the visa.
It all went well and they were very nice.
