I have yet to buy from this company so I can’t comment on their products. I am just asking that they stop with the cheesy commercials. Why do you have to make the officers look like a bunch of brainless idiots. The way they talk, the macho behavior, the finger in their buddy’s face. Cmon, get real.

They hold themselves to a high standard.
The first purchase I made was excellent. So much so, that I recommended them to my coworkers. The second purchase, I was emailed by someone representing the “security team”. They were asking for information that they should be able to find in my account and transaction history. Although it seemed suspicious, I’ve been reassured that it is protocol for the holiday season. I truly believe this company has the best intentions of providing quality service to their customers. I would definitely recommend and will continue to do business with them.

Don't try to order gifts in bulk for your company. The vendors don't want your money and it causes more hassle than the savings warrant. I found a better deal elsewhere and canceled my order.

I placed an order November 12. I received an email that said it was on its way. Supposed to arrive November 14. It never arrived. I logged in to see what’s going on with my order and now it says it’s still processing hasn’t even shipped yet. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long.

Extremely poor customer service
Customer service for one is poor. I haven’t been able to get anyone to return my inquiry, nor is there a phone number to call. I ordered two items that immediately dropped in sale by
Almost $10 on each item after I hit the purchase button. I went back to order another and said, huh? Well that can’t be right. Also the product is not what it appears to be in the description and one item has a noticeable blemish. I have screenshots of everything. The sad part is neither one of these items are returnable.

More details: I entered the discount code at the first prompt, and again entered SEMPERFREE at the second prompt and got an invalid code message.
