Great experience EXCEPT for one detail.
Great experience EXCEPT dealing with a return. We returned an item and never got any acknowledgement that it had been received or that any credit was issued. I waited weeks and finally dug back through my statement and found the credit. Everything else was great but your return process needs improvement.

Good size and great duration of cooling for the ice and ice packs. Cooler is a bit heavy, but all in all it’s worth the expense.
