Edit: Genuinely terrible. It took 5 phone calls, 5 messages and 10 days to be told they they do not have the skill to deal with our mortgage. All they do is remortgages. Instead of telling me immediately, they took our money, then just ignored us, wasting our time, while interest racked up. I am furious. What a complete waste of time. Their response to my frustration at being faffed around for weeks when they could have told me at any time that they couldn't deal with the issue? "It's not my fault you acted on misinformation." Absolutely no responsibility taken for the fact we were referred because they claimed to be able to do this, they accepted the instruction (which was clear about what was needed), and that I had raised this issue multiple times - in writing - so they could stopped at any time, but instead, just took my money and ignored my questions. Awful.

I thought they were just lazy and stupid (see original review below) but now they're maliciously stupid and lazy.

I wish I could rate lower. We were referred to them specifically because our property purchase had a little nuance to it. They sent out a questionnaire for a simple remortgage. We cannot complete these because we are not getting remortgage. For example, they want the property to be in my name before they can proceed, but since I won't own the property until I pay for it, I can't do that.

I have called and messaged explaining why we cannot complete that questionnaire, but we don't get phone calls back and just get chaser texts and messages saying "Complete the questionnaire" and "We cannot proceed until you complete the questionnaire."

Pretty sure the firm is populated by bots and 18 year old admins. Not a lawyer to be found. Simply awful.

Communications were pretty much the same day throughout. We needed a lot of documents but i think that was the lenders requirement. Ikra got ours through just in time saving us £500.

These were appointed to us during a re mortgage what an absolute waste of time case handlers , communication, a fancy website spouted how they specialize in all types of property management making it easy stress free from a dependable firm . Absolutely unacceptable constant daily requests no reply’s do not use these it will cost you money and time.

This company is a joke, waiting one month after completion date all the process and still no clear what is happening. calling every day and every time saying stuff and nothing from them. keep on hold on hold from hours and nothing no one want to speak even the person following (not set any name as cannot for policy) suppose to know what going on nothing looks like no wants to speak, but make really unconfortable customer like this. keep saying that have sent info to leaseholder but leaseholder didnt receive anything...how can leaseholder send a reply if nothing received ????? if possible please avoid them... should close as lawyers as no good service provided......

Gordons didn't understand how to deal with a form K restriction on remortgage. Even though it was a pound for pound deal with the same lender they insisted that the restrictions had to be repaid, which turned put to be false. Wasted nearly month trying to explain things to them. Avoid
