I bought a flat toilet brush for my caravan. I is perfect as it sticks on the wall in a very narrow gap and wont slide around perfect caravan hack!!!

We let the hotel know that it was the combined celebration of my birthday and the Wedding Anniversary. The room was decorated beautifully with balloon and cakes. The room service was excellent.

One minor negative point is that light soap scuff marks are visible in the bath tub. (it was not bad at all. It is more like my personal preference, and was easily cleaned)

Overall we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you all the staff who made our stay so memorable.

Great service, kept up-to-date with delivery, products usually very good, if not Grab One will replace the item.

The helpdesk specialist (Emma) was awesome to deal with. I had accidentally made a duplicate order at Kelly Tarlton's so contacted the helpdesk for some assistance to get refunded for one of the orders. Kelly Tarlton's didn't need to agree to the refund, as the mistake was mine, but thanks to Emma, they did and it made my day. Appreciate the help from Emma of Helpdesk on an item that was wrongly delivered although it took more than a month for the supplier to deliver the correct item.

Ordered the items - a double bed frame and mattress on a Sunday night. Delivery was expected within 7 days. Two days after placing the order the frame arrived, 36 hours later the mattress arrived too. All here within 4 days of ordering. Exceptional value and service. The mattress is really comfortable too I'm told by the sleeper :)

Love dealing with Grab One, their deals are amazing and a couple of times over the years when something hasn't gone so well, their customer service in sorting it out has been outstanding. Highly recommended.

Generally have had a good experience, most recently I bought some activity vouchers in error (my error) and they very helpfully provided me with a credit refund.
You could argue that the information on the website when I purchased the vouchers wasn't great (and that was what led to the mistake) but ultimately it was my fault, so good of them to put it right.

My sister and I had our hair coloured and styled by Mandy at Cedar Tree Hair and Beauty. I am a returning customer, yes I was thrilled with my first visit and booked for this second visit while I was still sitting in the chair. I chose the colour I wanted and the finished product was just as beautiful as I expected. Getting the additional extra head massage was soooooo relaxing. Loved my time and will be back again soon for a haircut. Thank you Mandy and Cindy.

We were treated well despite an early booking glitch and upgraded.

GrabOne has always worked well for my wife and I ,if there is a problem GrabOne will help sort it.

All good except that I wanted to order two of the same product, i.e. one for me and another for a gift but original order said couldn't order a further one for a friend so made a separate order. Next day same product advertised which said could order for a friend! Annoying.

Very easy to use and follow. Was a bit skeptical at first but was straight forward
