Excellent experience. Great company.
This is the second time I have bought from Grampian Blinds. I had plantation shutters fitted on two windows and I am delighted with them. This time I went for blackout vertical blinds for a very large picture window. The same smart young man fitted them. He was a fast worker, very professional and very polite and pleasant. I cannot recommend the service highly enough.

Both sales person and fitter called 30 minutes before visit to confirm time. Fitter was very efficient and cleaned the area after. First class service

Very helpfull on phone
Very helpfull on phone. I asked for early appointments for measuring up blinds and fitting them and they were early both times very accommodating. Would highly recommend nice friendly staff

Love the blinds
Love the blinds. Guy we ordered it from was very helpful as was the guy who fitted it.
My only complaint was the time we had to wait for it.
We ordered it on a Tuesday and it was fitted four weeks later on the Monday. This may be the case with other company’s as I haven’t had Blinds’s for awhile.

Very helpful as to the correct blinds…
Very helpful as to the correct blinds to be installed in our kitchen. Always polite in both measuring and installing our blinds. We were really surprised when the original installation date was brought forward. Finished to a high standard we would recommend to anyone.

Was told when agreed the price it would…
Was told when agreed the price it would be 1 to 2 weeks 2 and a half weeks later I got a phone call to say fitter was on holiday so had to wait another 2 weeks which was poor being without a main room blind for that time was too long .you shoukd tell your customer proper information at the time of sale
