Excellent Products and Service
From the call to Lauren, the measurements taken by Graeme, the arranging of the fitting with Liz and fitting completed by David, the whole service experience was streamlined and completely flawless. From start to finish the whole process was completed within 2 weeks and I had high quality blinds made to measure. Amazing professional service with excellent customer service I would highly recommend this company. Thank you

Curtain installation
There was an initial measurement and curtain selection appointment - this was fine and the person who did the measuring was lovely and I proceeded to pay upfront for the installation of the curtains selected. I was advised that there would be a five week wait, and this I accepted. Unfortunately, on the seventh week of waiting, I had to reach out to the office and request an update, I was then given a date of installation for the following week. Then on the day of installation it was cancelled without explanation and the day after was suggested for installation, which I agreed to as I was keen to have this completed.
On the day of installation, no pre-arrival phone call was made by the installation man and when he arrived, he proceeded to bring his tools into the living room and prop step ladders against freshly painted white walls which unfortunately did leave marks and scuffs. He also used the sofa as a dumping ground for the bagged-up curtains that were to be put up. I wasn’t impressed. During the installation of the runners on the ceilings and the curtains, I was made aware that the measurements were wrong and that the previous person had taken the measurements incorrectly, causing the curtains to touch the ground rather than hover above as previously selected. This was disappointing and frustrating, but I accepted this and I did not want to cause further delay in the installation and I gave the man the go-ahead to continue the installation. It was suggested that a new installation day would have had to be arranged if the curtains were adjusted to the specifications previously discussed seven weeks prior. Once the job was complete, on leaving the property and collecting his equipment, the installation man dropped his stepladder and it chipped the living room door which will need to be touched up and painted. I wouldn’t recommend the service overall and I certainly wouldn’t pay upfront again or use this company.

Rainbow Blinds did what they said they would do...
Rainbow Blinds did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, communication via phone and text was good, and the price was reasonable.
We previously contacted Rainbow Blinds to give an estimate for a kitchen window blind for my Mum. They did a good job so we decided to use them for blinds in our home.
They were flexible and on time in terms of appointments, the representative (Dan) offered advice and options, and as repeat customers we received a discount in our quotation price.
Manufacture and installation was estimated at 2-3 weeks and this turned out to be accurate as the blinds were installed only two weeks later. The installer (David) was on time and the blinds were put up quickly and no mess was made. David took the time to demonstrate how to move and adjust the blinds as we had different types in each room.
We would definitely consider using Rainbow Blinds again and would recommend them to family and friends too.

I would highly recommend Gary at Rainbow Blinds in Crewe. I broke the cord to the head rail of one of my vertical blinds. I rang Gary and he said to come down that same day after he had made a call to a client measuring up. He quickly repaired the cord at no charge. I would definitely always use Rainbow Blinds now.

Delighted with my new blinds
From completing my appointment online to the installation was first class. Very nice and informative assistance on the telephone and both the estimator and fitter were friendly and professional! The job was completed for my mother who’s in her 80’s, she was delighted with the finish of the blinds 😀

Fantastic service
Fantastic service . Have had all my house done by rainbow and when we were doing construction we had to get a few new ones for our downstairs as we had diffrent windows and french doors . Wouldnt go anywhere else
