We have bought 3 sets of furniture from this store and Robby was our sales person every time. He is very knowledgeable and knows when to give you room when you are trying to make a decision, in other words he does not hover over you the whole time. Two out of the three sets of furniture purchases went perfect, but the other one did not go as well. Now I believe most of the issues were driven by problems at the factory, not Grand's warehouse or delivery team, however Robby and his manager Chad did everything possible to make it right and to keep us as customers. I would highly recommend this store and would suggest you ask for Robby if you want to deal with a great salesperson.

I also want to stress how great Chad was to deal with, the manner in which he deals with people is excellent.

I will not purchase from Grand in the future. Although their sales staff have been helpful, we purchased a sectional that had a fabric defect on the back that I didn't notice until about 20 minutes after the delivery guys set it up and was told that they would get a service person to come try to fix it. That was unacceptable to me since I only had it 20 minutes so they did replace that section. Shortly after that the brackets that hold the sectional pieces together came right out. We had someone come out and fix it and about a week later it happened again, same great guy came out to fix it again. Hopefully, this repair worked. Last week we purchased a coffee table, my husband picked it up and it had to be assembled. He opened the box to check for defects and found several places with paint defects around the edge of the top of the table. My husband immediately took it back, we declined a replacement and asked for a refund. We paid mostly in cash and a small amount on our Visa. My husband was given a credit on his Visa and was told he would have to wait a week for the cash amount. I found this to be unacceptable. These are only a few of the problems we've had. We were so excited moving to the area and into our home, we are just very disappointed now with the trouble we've had. In 2001 we had a defect in our $1100 coffee table and the same thing, they offered to come fix it. We opted for a replacement. I just want quality furniture and the refund policy for cash is not right. We need our money

Our experience at GHF was easy, pleasant and professional. Bill Duke made it the best we could have hoped for. Bill listened, looked at the person the chair was for and took us directly to the perfect one. We tried several others, but came back to the first one tried. The pick us was easy and the guarantee is comforting, but we did not need it. We love the new chair. Ask for Bill when you need furniture at Grand!

My order arrived with a malfunction in an electrical reclining chair. No hassles and the chair was replaced and I was very pleased. I would not hesitate to purchase from Grand Home Furnishings in the future or recommend this store to anyone. And the Sales person was so accommodating that I would not hesitate to recommend him also.He spent time with me and my daughter in finding just the chair I wanted along with a mattress for my daughter. I wish I could remember his name. I only remember he was the only salesman with a bowtie.

I can't say enough nice things about my experience buying furniture at Grand. Rhonda was absolutely exceptional on helping me make decisions, explaining differences in manufacturers, pricing, quality, delivery and if desired, financing. It took me three trips, but I made my decisions and then the delivery was equally as exceptional. Terry and Jorge went above and beyond the call of duty. 5 stars is a definite, I wish I could give more. I will be back.

Excellent customer service and great products

Salespeople were very helpful in helping us to decide on which Tempur-Pedic bed to buy. There were some invoice charge issues that were resolved quickly. Delivery and set up team took care of everything. Love our bed!

Quick service, excellent customer service, knowledge of products which included price, colors, and sales. Financing options were explained clearly. Check out was excellent. Delivery day was called with Estimate time. Arrived on time and excellent set up of furniture. I choose Grand's because I have purchased there before and products are well built. Love the Coke and personal service. Sales associate Tara Siler actually made great suggestions on price, colors, and lamps for me. Very great associate to have working at Grands. Easy financing for products.
